  Went in to see prices on IPhones because I need an upgrade, I have cricket as a provider so you would think it would be as easy as walking in, getting a phone at a reasonable price, and go on about your day. Instead what I was met with was non stop trying to get me to switch my phone number or switch my plans even after explaining that I don’t need nor want a new number, but was just talked to about their deals with new numbers. Finally after 5 minutes I get shown prices for an iPhone 12, an IPhone 13, and an IPhone 16 all at the exact same price of around $700 (which is ridiculous to me) and after declining and while walking out of the store, the employee stops me and tells me that they can give me a deal if I switch my number with an android phone. So in conclusion, I now don’t have a new phone, I wasn’t listened to in the slightest, and was going to be a victim of scam, no phone is worth $700, and the fact that I wasn’t helped or listened to at all is the reason I’m leaving this 1 star review.

  I am posting under my granddaughters name but the Diamond in the Rough in the Hamilton store is HARSH he had all the patience in the world when I brought my Aunt Elaine in that store she brought a new phone and all the accessories he was more then patient with her and to have someone like that is a asset to your company triple his salary he’s worth it !!!!$ Thanks again Harsh !!!!

  I've been dealing with cricket since 2018 I need an upgrade but when I called the store yesterday in Hamilton in New Jersey the young man on the phone told me that I would have to pick a phone that I had to pay for plus pay for services to get the phone turned on is that true because he said I wanted to do it online not in the store with zero down only online to get the phone can I do that in the store also

  It is incredible that they manage a schedule and say that the opening is at 10 and not even the staff has arrived, that is, the opening and closing times are never respected and sometimes they usually play with the people’s time. I'm open looking for some fun

  Great place to get your cellphone service needs. Very clean and organized store. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
