    Went in a few months ago and placed an order to trade in my old iPhone for a new 16 Pro max and they ordered the wrong color. They refused to order me the new one saying that it would be another $600 because “the deal ended”. Their mistake became my problem and they never offered a solution. They told me to leave and just “put a case on it”

    I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to the representative who helped me today. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Juan helped me upgrade to a brand new iPhone 17 with no monthly payment at all, which honestly felt too good to be true — but he explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what he promised. On top of that, he took the time to go through my account line by line, removed unnecessary fees, and got my bill down to the exact amount he said it would be. No surprises, no pressure, just honest and knowledgeable help. It’s rare to find someone who’s both patient and genuinely looking out for the customer’s best interest. If you’re coming into Verizon and want someone who actually cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend working with this store. Best Verizon experience I’ve had.

    If you're switching to Verizon Wireless, go to the Succasunna store, it is a company store. VW customer service advised me after I sorted it out with them that these retailers have shady practices and they get customers calling later on being ripped off. This retail store on Rt 57 was dishonest in the package they sold us. Super friendly at first. We switched because we were guaranteed our bill would be less than our previous cell phone provider where we have 5 lines on a family plan. He told us we could get 5 new phones and 5 new accessories (watch/tablet), free. What he didn't disclose was that I was going to get charged every month for 10 lines, the watches and tablets were going to be the additional five. When my husband went in to talk to them, they all ganged up on him amd got aggressive, blaming him since he had signed the contract. They are friendly, until they aren't. They also messed up the porting which took me 3 weeks to sort out with customer service and previous cell phone company. If it was a matter of them just being inept, it would have been understandable. But they are not transparent about what they are signing you up for.
