I showed them this picture that I took of my screen from another phone and they insisted it couldn’t have been because of the screen meanwhile it only happened after they changed the screen. On top of that, the screen started to turn completely pink and automatically reset. The manager said if I could take a picture of this as well. I tried to explain it happens in a matter of seconds what do they expect me to have a second camera ready to take a picture? Ridiculous. I have now been back 3 times, 3 new screens on account of their apparent lifetime warranty and each time they give me such a hassle to fix the issue the created. I finally had enough, went to “Street Talk” right next to them, paid again for the same job, and one time it’s fixed perfectly.

Prices were reasonable and he fixed my screen in 10 mins. Although I have to do more repairs, Jeff was very helpful in guiding me through that process. He gets the job done!
