Terrible customer service over the phone and cannot answer your question over the phone because they are too busy trying to see how they can milk you for your money

I’ve brought my dog here four times in the past year, and each time it was a different doctor. There’s absolutely no continuity of care — every visit feels like starting over with a new face.
On top of that, the communication style is exhausting. Instead of concise explanations, I get overwhelmed with endless details that dodge the real issue: what’s wrong, what’s needed, and what it will cost. Unless I literally interrupt and force the conversation back on track, there’s no way to get clear, straightforward answers. And they know this, it’s by design.
It feels like a constant battle — either go along politely and leave confused, or push back and feel like you’re “causing a scene.” That should never be the choice for a pet owner just trying to do the right thing.
Yes, they do care for animals, but the way they hide behind endless niceness while upselling and dodging transparency feels manipulative. Pet owners deserve clarity and consistency, not stress and frustration on every single visit.

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my 15 year old Fur Baby & I was devastated. It would’ve been impossible without the help of the amazing staff. I felt nothing but love and compassion. I’m forever grateful and blessings to you all. Xoxo

We had to put down our sweet 15 year old dog Dylan a couple of days ago. They were so compassionate, explained everything to us, and gave us all the time we needed to be with him before and after his passing. It was the hardest thing we had to do as a family and they handled everything with such grace. I cannot imagine how hard it is to be a vet and see this on such a frequent basis. Miss you forever my baby Dylan. 🩷
