There’s absolutely no continuity of care — every visit feels like starting over with a new face. On top of that, the communication style is exhausting. Instead of concise explanations, I get overwhelmed with endless details that dodge the real issue: what’s wrong, what’s needed, and what it will cost. Unless I literally interrupt and force the conversation back on track, there’s no way to get clear, straightforward answers. And they know this, it’s by design. It feels like a constant battle — either go along politely and leave confused, or push back and feel like you’re “causing a scene.” That should never be the choice for a pet owner just trying to do the right thing. Yes, they do care for animals, but the way they hide behind endless niceness while upselling and dodging transparency feels manipulative. Pet owners deserve clarity and consistency, not stress and frustration on every single visit.
