We had to say goodbye to our 17.5-year-old dog, which was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly compassionate, patient, and kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gently, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. During such a painful and emotional moment, they treated our dog—and our family—with dignity and respect. Their warmth and empathy truly made an unbearable situation a little less painful. We are deeply grateful for the care, understanding, and support they showed us, and we couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate team during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this office and about Dr. Connelly. From the moment you walk in, the entire place is spotless, professional, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about both you and your pet. Dr. Connelly is honestly one of the best vets I’ve ever met. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes her time during each appointment. She never rushes, explains absolutely everything in detail so I fully understand what’s going on, and gives such helpful guidance. She also doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed and she breaks everything down in such a clear, calm way. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy she is to reach, even via text. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can reach out if I’m worried or unsure about something with my cat, Boots. She always responds, always cares, and always goes above and beyond. Finding a vet you trust is everything, and Dr. Connelly truly is exceptional. I’m so grateful for her and the whole team. Boots is in the best hands possible.

Terrible customer service over the phone and cannot answer your question over the phone because they are too busy trying to see how they can milk you for your money

I’ve brought my dog here four times in the past year, and each time it was a different doctor. There’s absolutely no continuity of care — every visit feels like starting over with a new face. On top of that, the communication style is exhausting. Instead of concise explanations, I get overwhelmed with endless details that dodge the real issue: what’s wrong, what’s needed, and what it will cost. Unless I literally interrupt and force the conversation back on track, there’s no way to get clear, straightforward answers. And they know this, it’s by design. It feels like a constant battle — either go along politely and leave confused, or push back and feel like you’re “causing a scene.” That should never be the choice for a pet owner just trying to do the right thing. Yes, they do care for animals, but the way they hide behind endless niceness while upselling and dodging transparency feels manipulative. Pet owners deserve clarity and consistency, not stress and frustration on every single visit.
