  I went into the Apple Store with a broken phone and had a very frustrating start. I was incorrectly sent to the Verizon store, spent over an hour there, and then was told to come back to Apple and wait two more hours. Jimmy completely turned the experience around. He listened, showed genuine empathy, and took care of the situation right away. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference. I live an hour away, and because of Jimmy, I will absolutely travel back to this location in the future. Great customer service like his is what keeps customers loyal.

  My wife purchased a MacBook Pro from this store many years ago. It hadn’t had a SW update in as many years. I called & spoke with Nathan who patiently took me through the steps to upgrade it to the latest version.   Freehold is the worst!!!!! The wait is forever! I brought my phone in for a cracked front screen. I came home and used my camera and my camera was cracked! Someone there cracked my camera and now I have to waste a second day at Apple to fix their mess up!

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Apple Store. I ordered a watch that cost $1,300 and waited an entire month for it to be delivered to the store. Two weeks after placing the order, the store randomly processed a return and then created a new order without my request or explanation. When I finally received a notification that my watch was ready for pickup, I went to the store, only to be told by a manager that the watch was not there and that I needed to cancel my order and start over. After waiting a month. The manager showed no concern, no sense of urgency, and was borderline rude about the situation. Customer support has been just as useless. They claim they cannot cancel my order or refund my money because the watch was lost at the store, and the store must handle it. Meanwhile, the store says nothing can be done. So my $1,300 watch has simply “disappeared,” and nobody at Apple seems willing to take responsibility or fix it. I am extremely disappointed that a company of this size treats customers this poorly. Losing a high-value item, refusing to investigate properly, and delaying a refund is completely unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Apple.
