    Too busy and not enough people to help out which causes them not to listen to the consumer.. I drove over a hour from work to get there to pick up my phone only for them to tell me it needed to be ordered. What did they do? They contacted and left a message on the phone they had in their possession for service. Pay attention to detail people!!! No assistance from Apple support either.

    Went to Apple Store to buy new Apple Watch . We choose the watch and directed to sit at a shared table to install and get help with Apple Watch , I downloaded the app and then ask for help with starting Apple Watch and how to use , I was told by the young girl to read instructions on my phone and followed instructions, I ask if she can help she told me I have to read it and do it ,when I said I need help she told me to seat in a class about how to use Apple Watch . I just needed few things to get started, I felt she was rude and not helpful at all I want to return my Apple Watch .

    Went to this Apple Store to activate a new phone I got for Christmas. I am tech illiterate, and they helped me get everything set up perfectly! Very friendly and professional staff. The wait was less than two minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I love the Raceway mall in general, and this Apple Store is the best!

    Unfortunately, this poorly rated store is the closest to where I live. Every little thing is a hassle here. This time I needed to replace the back panel on my phone, so I made an appointment online. I arrived on time, they checked me in and asked me to wait. After waiting for 20(!) minutes, the guy comes out and tells me that they can take my phone, but I’ll have to pick it up next day because they close in an hour and a half, and my repair takes over two hours. I know that this definitely takes less than two hours because I have done it more than once before. When I mentioned this to the guy he said that it’s true, but they have too much work today, that’s why it’s not going to be done. This is obviously not acceptable, so I have two questions - first, why would their system allow me to make an appointment for this specific type of repair if the store is so backed up, and closing soon. And question two - why wasn’t I told that at the very beginning when I arrived at the store? Not only they waisted my time in general, they could have saved me those 20 minutes of waiting, and they made me wait anyway. Does not take a “genius” to have basic customer service skills and some common sense. I will not be coming back to this store, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to come there.

    I booked a 5:00 pm appointment because my Apple Watch would not turn on. Unfortunately, no one spoke to me or acknowledged my appointment until nearly 7:00 pm. I eventually had to approach a staff member myself because I could not wait any longer. When I tried to ask one of the technicians what was going on, he ignored my question entirely, which was very disappointing. It was frustrating to experience such poor communication and inefficiency at an Apple Store. That said, I want to highlight that Mahammood provided excellent service when he helped diagnose my device. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. After I told him I wanted to file a complaint, he also took the initiative to contact the manager. The manager, Steven, was courteous, listened carefully, and addressed my concerns appropriately. While this store clearly has issues with staffing and appointment management, there are individuals here who are working hard and trying to make things right.
