  Spent a lot of time with Gage today resolving an email problem on my wife's hand-held Android. The guy is absolutely brilliant and has the patience of a Saint. He's someone who cares about customers, spent an hour or more with us trouble-shooting. He's the best I've ever seen at resolving cellphone issues, and I'm 69 years old. He even figured out the shortcomings in the email server provider's offering. Hats off to Gage!

  Left the store in tears. Very unprofessional. I’ve never been spoken to that way in my entire life. Stay away!

  Initially a 1 star review- I was told Verizon will cover my old phone balance to transfer, and Verizon never did it. I called 10+ times and even reported the To BBB. Honestly, I should have stayed with T Mobile or gone to Xfinity. Don’t trust these BS promotions! Now a 3 star- Fast forward to 2/14/26, after 15+ phone calls to Verizon and multiple emails and basically fighting for my right to this promotion they were able to “guarantee,” the Mastercard with what I owed t mobile. For future customers, read the fine print. I had to send multiple bills that had to lay out phone numbers, phone balance and even got some push back on that. Extremely frustrating. They also don’t take screen shots. It took me 3 weeks to finally be told “my promotional offer was approved.” The sales people make it seem like you just get a Mastercard in the mail or emailed without extra EXTRA leg work. If I didn’t ask, I would have never received. The most recent representative champion named Emily, was able to help me, I just have to now wait and see if it’s true, pending my master card.

  I drove over 1 hr to go to this specific Verizon (corporate) store based on the recommendation of a colleague who had just switched over to Verizon a few days prior. Kristin went above and beyond in not only answering my questions, but also in helping to ensure that each (of my) family member’s lines had exactly what was needed. A few days after we made the switch, she reached out to make sure everything was still OK and to make sure we didn’t have any additional questions. Raymond(the assistant manager) and Timesha were outstanding also! Fantastic store and a great experience overall!
