I went into the store looking to upgrade to a new phone... Paulo was the sales person and he did nothing but lie the entire time I was there. When it was all said and done, my husband and I realized that he added not one, but two new "ghost" lines to the account, without our consent! On top of it, activation fees were charged for said lines. Also, insurance was placed on the new phone, once again without my consent... He also lied about the charges for the new monthly bill, stating that it was only going to increase a total of $3... needless to say, that was not accurate, the bill increased from $160 monthly to $240. When my husband and I returned to the store to dispute the new charges, Paulo had the audacity to claim that the bill was accurate and there was nothing he could do about it!!!!! We've been fighting with Verizon for over a month at this point in an attempt to adjust the mess this person created!!!! Talking to other ppl, I was told that this store is known for doing shady business such as the one I unfortunately experienced. Please, save yourself the trouble and go to a real Verizon store, as this one is a third party!

Added 2 lines to my account with no agreement. Told me my bill would only go up a few dollars and then attached extra costs including line protection that were not needed and Netflix that was not needed. Don’t ever go here or take what they say as the truth. My bill doubled. Look at attached picture,
