    I came in because the corporate Verizon messed up our first bill after a few phone buyouts, watches, and other phone upgrades happened. They not properly apply upgrade credits to the account. They called and fixed it for me as well as gave us a small discount on a new charger block due to corporate Verizon’s mistake. They are knowledgeable and professional and took care of it in under an hour. Impressed and as long as I live in the area, will be my exclusive cell phone store. Ryan is great.
