He was very patient with me from transferring all my texts, contacts, an old voicemail msg and my entire photo gallery into my new cellphone. It took 3 days to get it done but he calmed my anxiety and reassured me that he would be able to complete it, which he did greatly. I would highly recommend asking for Geronimo at Verizon if anyone is in that area.
