    I bought a new phone from this store ,when i arrived to pick up my phone a lady started to setup my phone as a new i phone without my consent and i realized it at half of the process and during my payment i asked for the explanation of charges and they told me taxes but when i received my invoice i realized that they charged me 40$ without my permission.I am a loyal Verizon customer for the lasr 3 years with 7 lines but i will switch sooner.
