    I want to share my bad experience with Verizon in this store( Fairlawn, 2130 promenade blvd) I was passing by when I saw the offer they was offering iPhone 17, tablet and watch altogether by free, I stepped in to the store and I met Carlos and he told me that the offer was everything free just I have to give him my iPhone for trade in and stay with them for 3 years and I thought that was great because I have been a T-mobile customer for 14 years. The problem started when my first bill arrived for $574.19 and they started to charge extras with not reason, I start to contact Carlos for help because he was my sales person and he didn’t help and told me not to call service department because they are sucks, in another words I lost my Phone and I have a big bill and he was so bad with me because he started to talk bad and I don’t know why company’s have people like him useless and doing nothing to help others. I feel so frustrated because I want to return my device and I lost my iPhone too. Please stay away from this store and specially from Carlos because I think he robbed me my iPhone.

    I recently had an excellent experience at Verizon in Fair Lawn NJ. The store manager, Matt, was extremely helpful and patient in helping me with my purchase of a new I Phone. He made sure my transfer was complete and working, assisted in selection of accessories, and kindly answered all my questions. Highly recommend this store.
