After that, I was given the runaround regarding waiving the device payment upgrade fee for the three phones I upgraded - something that was guaranteed to me before I agreed to the upgrades. I visited the store with my Verizon bill to have the fee waived, but was told they couldn’t process it because the original rep who assisted me wasn’t available. A few days later, I called and was told the fee could be waived over the phone. They had me waiting all day, and I had to keep calling back for updates. After spending the entire day without a resolution, I ended up contacting Verizon Support myself to finally get the issue resolved. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting a different Verizon location for your service needs.

Kahn was patient and respectful, and fair with the crowd of people.this was. Close to closing time and he had been there for hours and he didn’t rush the customers.
