  We had a great experience w/ Sanyy, the manager at this location. She was very efficient at upgrading and transferring data from both our phones. Very pleasant as well. I’m glad we ended up with her: will definitely return and refer others.

  Horribly unhelpful and rude particularly Kyle. Attempted to return networking equipment, was given the run around and basically handed my equipment to leave. One call to actual Verizon support who was very helpful told me everything was good to return. After proceeding back in, Kyle was able to return everything to begin with. Process that should have taken 2 minutes took 45 minutes with a rude employee cursing and not helpful.

  Living in Emerson, it was nice to find a Verizon store in the Emerson Mall. Santi assisted me in the trade in and upgrade for a new phone. She was very knowledgeable and made the transaction very easy. I am a satisfied customer!

  I called in to upgrade some of my family's phones a while back, but there was a lot of confusion over the phone. Went in-person, and Victor helped clear it up nicely. Got everything situated without issue 👍🏽
