  I purchased a Simple (brand name) USB-C charger and it lasted two months and now does not work. I brought it to the store to return it, but was asked if I purchased a warranty (which I was never originally told about). When I said no, they said they do not accept returns as they only a reseller of these items and was told to contact the manufacturer. What reseller does not accept returns for something that lasted two months???? Do you not take repsonsiblity for what you sell??? They said my only option was to purchase another one and this time purchase the warranty, which I thought was totally ridiculous. Knowing I was not going to get anywhere with them, I said my peace and walked out. I have purchased several phones and accessories with them, but this is the last time. I will be finding a new store to go to in the future! BUYER BEWARE (caveat emptor)!!!!

  Horrible customer service without any training. Messed up a simple transfer of my phone, wasted an hour on simple phone transfer. Can’t access my account and Verizon customer service can’t help. Manager Mary wasn’t any help, she just kept saying she was on the phone. This issue will be escalated to their headquarters. Don’t waste your time with this place

  First day I went in to change my plan over to Verizon and buy a new phone; was informed buying a new phone would be too much trouble and we don’t have many in stock maybe a few week wait but we don’t know. Waited 30 min to be informed the computer was down and they couldn’t help me. They said come back tomorrow when they open. They opened late, then had me sit for another 30 min before telling me they couldn’t help me because it was a corporate account despite the fact that this was the FIRST thing I said and it was repeated constantly thought out my time there. Also PS Google maps LISTS THIS LOCATION AS A BUSINESS CENTER. Difficult communication because of a language barrier. Thankfully I didn’t buy my phone through there as while I was waiting someone was shouting about not having a phone for 2 weeks and was still getting the runaround!

  Great experience buying a new phone here. The woman I worked with was excellent. Helpful and efficient and took the time to listen to what I needed.
