Worse costumer service I have ever experienced. I have no idea what the name of the employee was who was helping me, but he was of a darker complexion with black curly hair. He treated me as if I just completely ruined his day for just walking in. In every conversation I had with the man, it was extremely obvious that he was annoyed. Kept rolling his eyes, sighing loudly and saying things under his breath. I was very patient with the man and believe that the issue that I had came in with was definitely not difficult and I was glad I went somewhere else and got better taken care of. Which you would think I would get better service ESPECIALLY at a corporate location. Other than the person who took attempted to help me, the other workers were extremely nice and understanding. I just don’t understand why you would want someone with that type of attitude representing the company. Keep in mind all I came in for was a phone exchange/ return.

Literally the worst ! They skipped me when I got there at 2:30 pm for someone who walked in at 3:09 pm & I can tell the Rep knew these people smh . That really pissed me off !! Don’t play with my time . I walked out obviously!! That made me want to switch companies.All of these reps in the store and the service is poor. Why is the lady so walking around texting when she could be helping. Two people working with a waitlist . Theirs about 5 reps total . Make it make sense

Bad Customer service / salesman .. withholding discounts from customers and acting like we were bothering him by being there.. ended up going with a different Verizon store and had a perfect experience

Very disappointed with the business account service. I made a switch from T-Mobile to Verizon earlier this year and was told my monthly bill would be approximately $250 per month through promotion . Not for a single month it was $250 and after talking with the customer service through the phone in Verizon my monthly bill increased high as $480 because they dropped all the promotion who know why. I went to the store to get this take Care of . but it’s still haven’t been taken care of which is why Iam writing this review very disappointed and last month my service was disconnected too because I was told they would give credits while this is is getting taken care off specially for the extra charges but it never came through.
