    Terrible experience. Took over 2 hours to buy an Apple Watch and add a 3rd line. The prices communicated to us turned out to be all wrong. Clearly our rep was not properly trained. After all the time spent with their rep, I still had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon. You can expect misinformation and long wait times.

    I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet at this store, and while the salesperson (Juan) was friendly at the time of sale, the experience fell apart immediately afterward. Juan gave me his phone number and told me to reach out if I had any issues. Despite multiple calls and text messages, he never once responded. The service itself came with a promised free Netflix promotion, which Verizon support was completely unable to set up correctly. Because I am on a family plan with my father (we live in separate homes), the Netflix perk was automatically and incorrectly assigned to his email address—even though he has had Netflix for years through Comcast and it has nothing to do with Verizon. What followed was a nightmare: • 4 separate phone calls • Numerous chat sessions • Over 11 hours total dealing with support • Repeating the same explanation to rep after rep • Representatives who clearly did not understand their own promotions • Canned responses, misinformation, and contradictory explanations • Multiple chats ended or transferred without my consent Verizon ultimately admitted they had no way to fix the issue and offered no remedy, workaround, or alternative—forcing me to cancel the entire 5G Home Internet service simply because support could not correctly register an email address for a basic promotion. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If Verizon isn’t prepared to properly support home internet customers or their own promotions, they shouldn’t be selling the product. Avoid unless you’re prepared to waste an incredible amount of time with no resolution. Update: I received a reply to this review that asked me to follow a link to a resolution contact form. The link was invalid.

    Horrible service at this store. Went in for a new hotspot, rep convinced me to upgrade home Internet also. Then never turned off old equipment after I returned to store. Wasted 2 hours on the phone getting my bill straightened out.Honestly, go to a different store, this one is poorly run.

    Went in to purchase a new phone they had in stock, dealt with sales rep Juan who told me if I ordered it and had it shipped I could get some accessories as well and they could install them later. New phone arrived and I took the new in box phone with the accessories to the store where they were very rude with me. I asked to install a screen protector and to activate the phone and was very aggressively told by Juan the same guy I just gave a $1000.00 sale to that they cant install it because it was not an iphone or samsung and they did not do activation I needed to call customer support. I then learned there was no sim card because they did not send it with the devise which is why I was told to go to the store. In total it took almost 3 weeks and almost 15 hours on the phone to get the new phone activated. Very disappointed with Verizon over this. After the store/Juan made their commission they wanted nothing to do with me. That is not how customer support is supposed to be. Verizon corp needs to do a better job with employees and if there is a store manager they also need to do better because I am sure this is not the first time they treated a customer this way. I was seriously after over 15 years of service switching carriers thanks to Juan in the Tilton road Northfield NJ Verizon location.
