Worst Verizon experience I had to deal with thus far in regards to my bill. Nisha added multiple items to my mother’s family account in which wasn’t explained thoroughly. She was great with her customer service, however my family feel like it was a ploy to take advantage of our bill. She added 4 “feature perks” from what customer care explained as well as an Internet router for my home telling us that with the changes on the account that the services were free. I was never explained the activation fees on my account. She did say I’d get Netflix and Disney but told me it was all included in the package and that we wouldn’t see any charges for them. Also had a 600 gb cloud feature posted to my account for both lines that we upgraded that day that we never asked for, as well as a hot spot added on my package that we do not use or need at all. If you go in this location please avoid doing business with them. They scam ppl into deals that they claim are “beneficial for you” when now I’m looking at a $600 dollar bill and no way of correcting this per Verizon over the phone. I’m stuck with triple the price what my bill was originally worth and at this point we believe would have been better off going to any other Verizon but here. The manager came out to reassure me that care can take care of the charges to rectify the matter but nope. Care said due to the changes on the account and what we signed for in store that day that we are responsible for all the charges. We are still in a $600+ dollar hole now due to this problem coming out the holidays when the promos were offered as though this would not be the case. I don’t know what this store is doing and I normally don’t leave reviews but because of all this grief it’s causing I promise you I will never step foot in this location ever again and will advocate to the frustration of this debacle to ensure I tell all my friends and family to AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. We have been long standing customers for over 30 years since Bel-Atlantic and all we came in the store to do was upgrade my mothers iPhone 11 that wasn’t getting messages or connecting to the internet properly. I too am in the sales industry and understand that there are quotas that need to be made, however when building on a package sale everything should be explained properly so that the client feels comfortable with what is going on and aware of all charges and services as well as cost. We will be contacting Verizon billing department again to submit a complaint and hope this gets rectified, however the sales representatives in this location need to learn how to break things down more accurately and use different choice words other than “Free”. Nothing was free, we had to go an extra step to remove the items added and currently now fighting again to get the original charges reversed on our account.

Idk how I allowed myself to get tricked by this rep. Neaisha, or however you spell her name, added multiple things to my account in which wasn’t explained thoroughly. Never explained the activation fees on my account, didn’t talk about the how much the services were. She did say I’d get Netflix and Disney but told me it was all FREE. Manager came out to reassure me that care can take care of the charges but nope. I’m still in a $600+ dollar hole. Idk what this store is doing and I normally don’t leave reviews but for my first one I will ensure that no one comes back here and will advocate to the craziness of this mess and ensure I tell all my friends and family to AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

All of my Google search results are coming back to a location I have never been where there are no Cellular/Internet data centers or towers. (see the results in the screenshot) On 1-3-2026 Verizon told me that I was a victim of unauthorized MAC bridging & IP address hijacking by a hacker located at El Prado Estates RV park in Yuma, Arizona. I submitted a support ticket but they told me that as long as my Internet service still works then it's okay with them that it's hacked.

Terrible experience. Took over 2 hours to buy an Apple Watch and add a 3rd line. The prices communicated to us turned out to be all wrong. Clearly our rep was not properly trained. After all the time spent with their rep, I still had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon. You can expect misinformation and long wait times.

I signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet at this store, and while the salesperson (Juan) was friendly at the time of sale, the experience fell apart immediately afterward. Juan gave me his phone number and told me to reach out if I had any issues. Despite multiple calls and text messages, he never once responded. The service itself came with a promised free Netflix promotion, which Verizon support was completely unable to set up correctly. Because I am on a family plan with my father (we live in separate homes), the Netflix perk was automatically and incorrectly assigned to his email address—even though he has had Netflix for years through Comcast and it has nothing to do with Verizon. What followed was a nightmare: • 4 separate phone calls • Numerous chat sessions • Over 11 hours total dealing with support • Repeating the same explanation to rep after rep • Representatives who clearly did not understand their own promotions • Canned responses, misinformation, and contradictory explanations • Multiple chats ended or transferred without my consent Verizon ultimately admitted they had no way to fix the issue and offered no remedy, workaround, or alternative—forcing me to cancel the entire 5G Home Internet service simply because support could not correctly register an email address for a basic promotion. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If Verizon isn’t prepared to properly support home internet customers or their own promotions, they shouldn’t be selling the product. Avoid unless you’re prepared to waste an incredible amount of time with no resolution. Update: I received a reply to this review that asked me to follow a link to a resolution contact form. The link was invalid.
