I was a little hesitant because of previous negative experience at Verizon store on route 22 but I had a really good experience because of Bryan. He was very honest and very knowledgeable. He pretty much held down the store for about two hours on his own. He more than made up for the crappy experience I had at the other Verizon store. Btw Verizon really should do better screenings on who’s being hired. The person in the other store couldn’t even spell the word therapy

We worked with one of the managers there "Bryan". Bryan was in that store working by himself "on his birthday" no less, and he had such a great attitude and personality. He was a pleasure to work with and he took his time to fix the issues that we had from the worker at the other location. He explained everything throughly and we walked away happy with our purchase. Bryan is a great person and I would advise anyone to ask for him when you go to this location. He is an excellent employee for the company with a dynamic personality. If I ever need to come back to Verizon, I will inconvenience myself to come to this location. If I could hire him for my business I would, excellent customer service.
