There was also a Verizon promotion running, which made the upgrade even better. I initially ordered the phone through the Verizon app. It showed as in stock when I placed the order, but afterward it switched to backordered, and a few days later the order was canceled. Ricky from this store immediately reached out to let me know they actually had a phone available for me. I drove over right away and was able to pick up my new phone without any issues. Excellent customer service and communication. This is a great Verizon store and will definitely be my go-to place for all my phone needs going forward.
