The staff was very helpful for sure. Not at all pushy. We interacted with Mirian, Gus and Pierre. All were very friendly, professional and treated us with respect. Wound up buying two phones instead of one just for that reason! Only bad part is Apple will NOT give discounts to senior, students or military members on their phones. That is a very bad policy that Apple has. First of all you sell a way over priced phone and offer no deals on them. Sadly the poorest amongst us fall for this like I see with Nike. We need to boycott such crazy high prices!!

Avoid this Apple Store at all costs. I recently purchased the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and shortly after, the phone began having serious camera issues. I couldn’t take pictures or even use FaceTime. I brought the phone to this store, and they told me the solution was to replace both the front and rear cameras as well as the logic board. I asked why they couldn’t simply replace the device since it was clearly a manufacturer defect. They told me they could not do that because it was considered a “hardware issue.” I agreed to the repair, and they completed it. When I picked up the phone, they suggested that I purchase AppleCare, which I did. The phone seemed fine at first, but the very next day the exact same issue happened again. I returned to the store, and this time they told me the only option was to reset the phone as new to determine whether the issue was software-related. I explained multiple times that I could not do that because several of my apps are licensed through my job and would take months to regain access to. These are not simple social media apps that can just be re-downloaded. I spoke to the store manager, who was extremely unhelpful and simply repeated that it was their “policy” and that they had to check every box, including software compatibility. At that point, I had already taken time off work and made four trips to this store for the same issue. Any company that truly values its customers would not put someone through that process for a clearly defective device. The reasonable solution would have been to replace the phone. Since no resolution was offered, I went to the Apple Store at the Short Hills Mall. They immediately replaced the device with a brand-new phone, and I have not had a single issue since. For that reason, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Do not visit this store. I brought in my phone because it was getting so hot that it turned my hand red before I could put it into a fridge to cool off because I was afraid it would catch fire. I called support, they couldn’t even get me an appointment with a sense of urgency to address the issue. Walked into this store, explained my issue and concern for personal and family safety as it felt like this phone would catch fire at any time. Literally the store did nothing to help me, ran over the air diagnostics that as always, show nothing helpful except for a degraded battery. The lack of safety and hazard concerns from this store is beyond me. Were not willing to replace the phone in store even though I am and have had AppleCare since day one and it is still active. Poor leadership and expertise from someone that is supposed to be technical and has leverage to make these decisions on behalf of the customer as a risk concern.

RUDE STAFF AND POOR SERVICE had a frustrating experience with the staff. I placed my order online because I just needed a quick pickup. When I arrived, an employee notified the back team to get my order. While I was waiting, he started helping another customer who was asking about buying a phone. My order was brought out and handed to him, but instead of simply giving it to me so I could be on my way, he kept holding it and continued a long conversation with the other customer. The whole reason I ordered online was for a quick pickup, not to wait while another customer was being assisted. I eventually had to interrupt and say, “Can I just get my order so I can be on my way?” His response was that “your order is ready and I can multitask, thanks”. but it came across with an attitude. It felt rude and dismissive. If a customer is only there for a quick pickup, it should take just a few seconds to hand them their order, especially if they arrived first. The situation could have been handled much more professionally.
