The reception staff were noticeably unfriendly and uncommunicative. After checking in, we waited for over an hour with no updates. I had to approach the front desk multiple times just to ask when my dog might be seen, but no one could give a clear answer. What made it worse was the lack of basic courtesy — no one came to let us know they were running behind or to offer any alternatives. Eventually, I had to leave without being seen because there was still no timeline provided. When I spoke with the manager, the response was cold and indifferent. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a solution, I was simply asked to reschedule. A little communication and empathy would have gone a long way. Instead of being proactive, the staff left us feeling ignored and undervalued. Sadly, this experience has made me rethink returning to this location.

The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and all the veterinarians are knowledgeable and really care. One of our golden retrievers has been fighting cancer for the last 6 months and the comfort and advice they have provided to us during many of our sadder visits was so helpful, and appreciated. Also they do a wonderful job following up, and take as much time as you need to answer your questions, and help when making difficult decisions.
