If you replace screen protectors often, you know how rare this is. And if you work/worked in the service industry you know how monotonous people can be, but Mecit was warm, charming and personable. He gave me the most pleasant experience I’ve had with Zagg ever. So kudos to Mecit! Good job!!!!

This is the third time I have used this company for this reason. Never had any issues with the cover, and the representative is always polite and helpful. I need the screen replaced only when my phone falls on a hard floor, and cracks. Other than that, no problems.

The LCD broke but not the screen because I had their screen protector on it. They repaired the screen for free and replaced the screen protector for $12. Sunny is such a great guy and is very helpful. “Mecit” the manager is so willing to help and satisfy his customers!! Highly recommend
