  Absolute nightmare - do not trust them to repair your phone! I brought my iPhone in last weekend for a battery replacement. The phone was working fine, but the battery had deteriorated significantly over the years and I figured it would be nice to get a little more life out of it. My screen was slightly cracked, so I had them go ahead and replace that too. they said it would be $180, which was significantly less than what apple would have charged, so I told them to go ahead and replace both. After about 20 minutes the new parts were installed, and when my phone was handed back to me I noticed the screen was significantly lower quality than original in every way. Less pixels, and the colors were way off. I was willing to live with that, but would have appreciated the heads up. About 30 minutes later, I went to use my camera and I realized something was horribly wrong. The lens had water droplets inside. At this point the booth was closed, so I came back the following morning. The technician insisted there was no way they were at fault. After going back and forth for way too long, one of the techs opened up the lens and wiped the water droplets away. It worked well for about 10 minutes, and then the camera stopped working entirely. It wouldn't focus, and was making a buzzing sound every time the app was open. Again, I brought it back and they refused to accept any responsibility. At this point I'd had enough, and just wanted to get my money back and accept that I was going to have to purchase a new phone because of their incompetence. When I asked for a refund, the owner was extremely rude and implied I had damaged my phone and was trying to take advantage of him. At first he refused to help me in any way. I stood my ground, and he eventually agreed to give me a partial refund. But, only under the condition that they would remove the new screen they had installed, and put my old cracked one back on. I agreed, since I figured anything would be better than nothing at this point. When they reinstalled the old screen, it was significantly more cracked than when I had given it to them. On top of that, but they installed it poorly and the entire bottom of the screen was not properly attached to the phone. The next day, my phone had purple lines running through the screen. I wish I could give this business less than one star. They are extremely unprofessional and don't take any responsibility when they make a mistake. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
