  I'm giving one star because it's the lowest that I can go to leave a review. BUYER BEWARE. This place hires scammers. Went to update a phone on our family plan. Was told I had to pay taxes there and would get a $40 activation fee charged on next month's bill. He offered to upgrade all of our 4 plans and get us new iPhone 17's. I said no. I want the plans to stay exactly the same and just give me the phone upgrade. I received a notification saying a new esim was being added to my line (not the one I was upgrading). I log into my Verizon and see there is 5 lines, not 4. He goes in to review and tells me that the 5th line has been there over 6 months and proceeds to "help" me and says he canceled it. Later that day I get an email stating that my next bill would be almost $100 more. Why? I thought only $40 more. I wake up the next morning to emails letting me know all the plans on my account have been changed. I call Verizon furious and they tell me the new 5th line was just added the previous day and that the person who was "helping" upgraded all of us to premium plans. Now we are screwed out of plans we were grandfathered into. Thankfully The Verizon rep on the phone was able to help me as much as possible and he is reporting this location due to misleading and fraudulent business practices. The person who was working there that day was a 23 year old Peruvian kid. The receipt says Mikhail. Store has a Verizon logo, but the receipt doesn't say Verizon ANYWHERE on it. That's why he wanted to just email me receipts and resisted when I asked for a physical copy. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! and If you must go in get everything in writing and even record the transaction on video. FRAUD AND SCAM!!

  Do not go here. I got totally scammed. They added a line to my account without my consent. In addition, they put my OLD PHONE on my account as a new line and charged me for it. I left there with three new lines when I thought I was just upgrading. I have spent six hours trying tk fix this. Total scam. Do not go here.

  This "Verizon Authorized reseller" should be removed from Verizon's reseller list. I totally regret trying to upgrade my phone, ordering an iPad, and trying to order an Apple Watch. I had to work with Verizon Corporate office for an hour just to fix the too many to express mistakes made by this "Authorized reseller". Avoid this location at all cost. Stick to Verizon Stores ONLY. The amount of broken promises to "Fix" mistakes made by them, as well as the fake promises to call you on a follow-up are bogus. I was told to my face by the representative that he would follow-up with a phone call the next morning with me, and he never called. This call was for him to correct his mistake on the wrong watch he ordered. He even showed me the phone alert he entered into his personal phone to remind him to follow-up with me. Not to mention I called several times about the delivery of the original wrong watched he ordered and was told it was in and when I got there, it clearly was the wrong watch (aluminum vs what I ordered, Titanium). Lesson learned. AVOID THIS FAKE VERIZON RESELLER LIKE YOU WOULD A PLAGUE! It's just not worth the headache of having to eventually work with Verizon directly to undo all the mistakes. Trust me you will thank me for this review.

  We had the best experience thanks to Mikhail. He set us up with 4 lines and 3 free brand new iPhones!! He was the nicest person and went above and beyond to accommodate us and get us the best price!! He explained everything clearly and patiently. 5 star customer service!
