  This store is insanely busy and the reps work their butts off. That said I had a bad experience at verizon with a brand new 17 pro max i got my daughter for X Mas and they kindly helped even though I didn’t have an appt. They let me know the wait would be a little long which was cool they set the expectation. huge thank you. I have been to this store a few times and was always treated professionally and have always left happy with my issue resolved. Apple gets it when it comes to customer support

  0 service. Walked in to replace the battery and was asked to wait 30-40 mins for another tech guy to speak to me. I waited for 40 minutes and left. I don’t need nobody to speak to, I need to replace the battery and to know if you can do it now. That’s it. If you can’t - just say it and i will not waste my time.

  I came in to get help with my phone and Jahnvi that was helping me could not stop picking her nose the entire time. She kept pretending she was being discreet but it was super obvious. At one point, I saw a booger on her finger and she just kept going like nothing happened. It was honestly disgusting and made me uncomfortable. I get everyone has bad days, but maybe not while touching people’s products.

  long wait time, people that were here after us were helped first. nobody asked if we needed help while we were waiting, haven’t been checked up on in the past 2 hours. literally saw one employee just standing around doing nothing. they definitely need more employees- this is crazy.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in American Dream Mall. From the moment I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all. No greeting, no eye contact, no assistance. Staff continued to brush me off repeatedly, even though I was clearly waiting and trying to get help. What made the situation worse was how uncomfortable and targeted I felt during the interaction. The lack of acknowledgment and dismissive behavior came across as rude and racially insensitive, which was extremely upsetting. On top of this, I was already under emotional stress because I had a funeral to attend that same day. Customer care and basic human decency matter, especially in moments like that, and unfortunately, this location showed neither. Because I couldn’t get proper help, I left and went to the Apple Store at Short Hills, where the experience was completely different. I had to change my appointment there, and the staff was welcoming, respectful, and professional from the start. They acknowledged me immediately and actually listened and helped. This contrast made it very clear that the issue wasn’t Apple as a company, but the lack of care and professionalism at the American Dream location. Customer service is important, and no one should feel ignored or mistreated when asking for help. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should walk out feeling the way I did.
