  I had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The service was truly 10/10 — everything was handled smoothly and with care. You can really feel that they value their customers.

  I went to the store a number of years ago and had to pass through an entry gate and pay to leave via an exit gate.It wouldn't open. I had to wait about 20 minutes for security. The Mall should be renamed to American Nightmare. Also it was a long long trip to get to the Apple store. The customer service was fine, but I'd rather park closer to the store, not get trapped in a parking lot to have money extracted from me.

  I had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in and left with an ipad and apple pencil. Stephen was a great help and he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchase.
