  loved it I got a good iPhone good good service but I wish I would get something free because my friends had Samsung I told them if they switched to apple I'll pay for there phone they switched and I paid.that means the service is awesome 👍

  Readily-accessible and minimalistic Apple location with knowledgeable, product-savvy staff. Though more humble in size and scope than its counterpart in Manhattan, this Apple Store is worthy of bearing flagship status among the franchise. Something about its openness to the rest of the mall enhances its atmosphere.

  Today I told my daughter go to store my I phone 17 and changer. We spent almost 1000 dollars. But the kids believe the seller put everything inside and she didn’t double check just bring bag take bus go home. When she at home, she open the bag. The lady didn’t put phone charger inside only phone, but we pay for it, why the lady stole my charger. I can’t believe it. It’s very very bad. I want to buy anything from this store.

  I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Apple Store. On May 3rd, I brought my phone in for repair. From the very beginning, I did not feel comfortable leaving my device at this location and clearly stated that I preferred to go to the Manhattan Apple Store instead. However, the employee insisted that the process had already started and could not be canceled. Unfortunately, my initial concerns turned out to be completely valid. It has now been 22 days, and I still do not have my phone back. Last week, I was contacted and told that my device had been approved for replacement. Despite this, I am now being asked to pay $1330, which is essentially the price of a brand-new phone. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I have AppleCare+ and a Business Essentials account. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of charge under these conditions. On top of that, I cannot reach anyone by phone, and no one is returning my calls. The level of communication and service here is by far the worst I have ever experienced with Apple. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Apple, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
