    Whoever was working the return desk should really be placed elsewhere. Refused to take my return because it wasn't purchased at this exact location. That is not how the return policy works. Will be reporting to corporate.

    Manager (GC or JC, can't remember his name) was extremely rude. Refused to take my return because it was purchased from another Best Buy. Not sure if you know this, but items purchased online can be returned in-store. Drove all the way to the store only for him to refuse to take it. Really shouldn't work in customer service is you refuse to do your job.

    ****To those who are planning to get iPhone problems fixed at this place**** I made an appointment with their geek squad for 1PM today to get my iPhone battery checked, I went all the way, their technician looked at it and said yeah it’s a battery issue but right now our technician is fully busy, so you have to make an appointment and come back tomorrow..seriously? Best Buy team, please don’t waste customers time, if your technician was fully busy, you could have *at least texted me ahead* so I did not have to come all the way or just simply don’t give appointments. This was very frustrating experience to say the least. Will never make any appointments with them again

    Waited for a Pokémon drop all night just for the employees to back door half the product and the other half went to their scalpers friends who cut everyone to the front of the line. When I called them out they started to threaten people. 3 employees were all told by everyone that they were cutting and the employees said they dont care. Toxic environment and management, Eddie the "manager" should get CAed or fired.

    Be very careful doing business with this Best Buy location. I visited this location to trade in my five month old S 25 ultra. They will try to tell you that you have to open up an account to trade in a phone just to get your information which is a lie. They also will tell you if you’re trading in a phone that they have to take a picture of you and that it is required under New Jersey law, which is also a lie. They already have a photocopy/scan/looked at my drivers license. Be very careful who you trust these days with your information and the actual reason they want such things. They will tell you these lies while they’re smiling in your face. When leaving I saw a manager. I believe Samsung will love to read about this. I believe I now know why they want such information from those who look like me😏
