- MKMina K1 day ago1.0DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE NON EXISTENT "BYOD"!!! Nightmare of an experience from start to finish. The sales rep and manager lied to me to open a line during trade in and keep my trade in. Well guess what?? It doesnt exist. Verizon confirmed it after they called looking for the phone. They also stated this is an ongoing issue with customers at this location. 2nd terrible experience at this location, hire honest professionals and stop wasting peoples time with scams and lies!!! You should be shut down. Will be reported to consumer affairs for deceptive business practices. You should probably look up what that means since there isnt a single competent employee at this location starting with the manager.

Place is very badly run. should always have a greeter and then 2 or 3 employees where the greeter can do things like this just hand a sim card. one star is too much

I haven't used Verizon in about 5 years and I still get a post card every other month. I called the Verizon 1-800 number and they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I also went to one of their stores and they said they don't have the authority to remove my address from the computer. THIS IS VERY ANOYING
