    Came in on 11/15/25 and was assisted by Justin, who was incredibly helpful with my switch from ATT to Verizon. No pushy sales tactics (although he was definitely knowledgeable on every perk offered by Verizon), lowered my bill by $5 a month, and I got a brand new iPhone 17 pro. Justin greeted us as soon as we entered the store, and had us out the door in less than an hour. He is truly an asset to this location; he greets everyone at the entrance, welcomes return customers by name, and was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated Justin’s efficiency and friendly demeanor, and I would recommend requesting him by name at this location for a quick and easy transition from another cell service!

    Justin was awesome at explaining everything regarding my phone bill and also with my Dad getting a new phone. He was super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of my best experiences at Verizon!

    Noah was amazing!!! He got my bill down even with upgrading two lines. I would come back to this store for every upgrade if I was bound to have Noah as my sales guy!!! He took the time to explain everything and it was a great experience. I wanted to tell the manager but she wasn’t available at the time. Thank you, Noah!!!

    I needed to get a port pin for my wife's phone, since she had passed away. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and made the process just very easy. I appreciate when things are simple these days.

    I wasn’t unhappy with my cell provider but VZW was having some good deals so I ordered my husband and I new phones and watches online. Watches were delivered and shipped back to Verizon before we could pick up from fedex. I thought no big deal, I’ll go in store, show proof of purchase/tracking events, and be able to get the watches in store vs going through phone prompts. We waited over an hour before we were helped even though we were greeted by 2 employees upon entering who had a conversation the entire time we waited. When finally helped, the woman is clearly struggling and lets us know she was in the back fighting a migraine. Explain the situation, start to show paperwork, and get told “I can’t just hand out watches”. Again explain they’re paid for but shipped back to Verizon. She pulls it up on her computer and basically goes okay I understand let me see what we have in the back. Meanwhile, one of the 2 employees introduces herself as the manager and asks if we’re doing okay. Oh, we just let customers wait while you’re capable of helping and not just a greeter? Noted. Also during our wait for the watches to be retrieved, another employee starts going off because he “spent an hour and a half pricing and showing plans just for them to walk out”. Do these people make commission? Sounds like you were doing your job. We were uncomfortable with the entire situation and decided to cancel the service, return the phones, and request refunds for the phones and watches since we never received. Of course they were not happy and refused to refund the watches. Manager called me last week while I was at work and asked if there was anything she could do. Amex already resolved the dispute before you reached out to correct, terrible customer service
