    They asked me for my drivers license when I signed up for phone service and they have been sending me Verizon post cards at my home mailing address ever since. I haven't used Verizon in about 5 years and I still get a post card every other month. I called the Verizon 1-800 number and they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I also went to one of their stores and they said they don't have the authority to remove my address from the computer. THIS IS VERY ANOYING

    One of the worst verizons to do a in store pickup… The customer service is slow & its always a problem with the devices… if u can avoid coming to this store please do so

    I’m giving this place 0 stars. What an absolute joke of an establishment. Every single employee was incompetent. If they mention a “Kate” and that they need to continue to go back to for “questions”, she sits on break for 2+ hours…honestly not sure if she’s even real. My husband & I sat for 2 hours without even being greeted. Finally got helped to be told completely wrong information. Do not waste your time. Every single customer in the store was completely pissed off. Everyone left in a fit of rage because of the employees incompetence and lack of help. Every single employee at this Verizon store should seriously consider a different job. Can’t say enough horrible things about this place :)

    I would like to thank Joshua and his manager for an outstanding job of correcting corporate errors. After trying to upgrade three lines with corporate calls with errors and cancellations galore this store corrected all of my issues. After a week of corporate incompetence and cancellations this store made sure all was right when I left. Thank you, again.

    I recently attempted to switch my family’s phone plans to Verizon and take advantage of their Black Friday promotion through an online order. I ran into a snag and sought help through the chat feature. Lessons were learned that day- totally my mistake for not knowing to go in person or call, because my order wound up processing wildly incorrectly and turned into an absolute mess. This resulted in many, many hours of phone calls and frustration, and eventually causing our phones getting shut off- which is very disruptive for our business. Desperate for resolution, I went in the store and long time employees John and Destanee (the manager) came to the rescue. They spent a tremendous amount of time and brain energy working on the issue (that they didn’t create) to make it right. They were both knowledgeable, patient, and competent. More importantly, they were sympathetic to how much of a headache the situation caused. They saved my Verizon experience and retained me as a customer when I was ready to bail. Since their involvement things have been smooth sailing, and I’m very grateful they were available as a resource.
