He has canceled his appointment on us twice and lied about showing up at my house for the dishwasher repair. Last week he canceled the appointment saying the dishwasher was working, which it's not. Today we got a cancellation notice after the appointment window and then when I called support they told me he had entered stuff in his notes saying the dishwasher was working upon his arrival, which he never showed up for. After months of problems with the dishwasher and multiple parts being replaced, we were told after looking on YouTube, of things we could try to get the dishwasher to work better. We were also told by another technician that all dishwashers suck in order to get better eco ratings.
