  Geek squad Mikael aka machine was great, wise, knowledgeable, smart, and what I loved about machine was his hands on work, I mean he did not say I need to put it in back to test it plus he did not say I can have it back to you in 1 week. I explained that I need it back today or I want a new one and told him I have had monitor problems from the beginning and also many computer problems from the beginning of purchase I been bringing back the monitor and computer to Geek squad from the purchase of the monitor and computer. It was horrible or the time have to work with a broken monitor and computer, now that you most understand not one Geek squad person could fix it, I had to live with it broken. Until Mikael aka machine promised me it will be fixed and started to work on my computer with his hands, eyes his skills on the computer were the best I have ever seen. A man like machine is valuable and worth being payed more money than he probably make in. He new I was not happy and made me feel much better as he talked to me and using his hands and eyes to fix my computer. Unbelievable man this aka machine is. On hands customer service by aka machine made me feel alot better about Geek squad, I think he should train all employees how to do on hands working on computers. Aka machine was like a friend I never had, his kindness, speaking, politeness, and he looked me in the eyes when he spoke, also he did not Shake my hand like a fish handshake, he hand a firm handshake. Well I can go on and on but I was happy bringing my computer home that day, better than a week.Aka machine was absolutely one of the best employees I've ever seen in any business that I have dealt with you have a experience and excellent valuable employees.   Two employees ( manager Desiree C and tech represent Tristan A ) exemplified professionalism at its best. I needed to replace my damaged PC - Desiree listened, was patient and understood my concern and was able to successfully and completely resolve my complex issue. Tristan provided awesome technical support in replacing my PC. Certainly, I will let my family and friends knows to request either employee for their electronic needs. Wendell W

  I've gone here for years, never had any issues, if something breaks or came broken the warranty replacement was no issues. Supper friendly staff always willing to help in any tec section. From tv, to video games, cameras, sound systems, home appliances, laptops, computers, vr, phone, phone accessories this store has it all.

  Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I ordered a PlayStation for delivery. They utilize a company @roadie for delivery. Brailyn C the driver, apparently said the package was delivered. However, it was not. He states it was handed to the recipient. The problem is 1) no one was home we were working. That’s the first lie. And 2) there’s no activity on my ring doorbell. I’ve tried reaching both companies and no one responds. I’m out $500. And no assistance. Horrible experience.
