  Chris did an excellent job at narrowing down which laptop worked for my needs and price range and even let me know the benefits of the 0% for 12 months Best Buy charge. I highly recommend and wish I came here sooner!

  They frequently have an attitude assisting customers, shut down people that know what they are talking about when it comes to electronics and also agrees with them with incompetence. They move at their own pace and sometimes they won’t assist you or speak to you even if you are clearly unsure of something, other times they watch you just to watch you. I have been going to this store for years and I wish there was a location closer to Rowan than this place, as I would greatly love to go there instead. Please acknowledge and respect your customers as without them, there will be no business and no business means no paycheck!

  I ordered a open box over the range microwave. When I arrived, I went straight to the online order line. Someone assisted me right away. My microwave had bubble wrap all around it and when I got home I discovered they bubble wrapped inside as well as wrapped the glass plate so it was definitely secure and they made sure it would not be damaged during transport. Very happy with my purchase and would look into purchases with them again.

  I had to return for a Best Buy car audio warranty issue. Joe provided prompt professional service. I was in and out quickly. Problem diagnosed, explained, and repaired in minutes after arrival. They had the repair part (module) on hand. Experienced. Excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

  Good luck if you ever try calling into the Deptford NJ store! This is the WORST telephone transfer system I have EVER dealt with. An AI rebot that cannot understand anything you’re requesting - then transfers to foreign countries where you cannot understand what they’re saying and who also cannot give you any information about getting your call to the necessary person or department within the store. After spending over an hour in the Best Buy store yesterday, speaking with a wonderful salesman, who offered to answer any questions I had just yesterday, I’m heading to Lowe’s to buy my new dishwasher! Best Buy you have to do better! Your customer service is terrible! BTW - I am a total Best Buy member. I will reconsider my renewal for next year
