I asked them if it was a phone issue or if it was a carrier issue, I assumed it was carrier issue and asked them for a transfer pin. They gave me the transfer pin within two minutes and then I later received a text from Verizon to stay with them (been a customer for 30 years). I took a ride to Denville and they helped me and got me into a new phone at a lower cost per month. Great customer service!
