- SYSelim YasliDec 11, 20251.0I arrived this place around 545PM for my 600pm appt this evening, for switching to Verizon from ATT. I was not greeted at all, lady employee looked at me and and she said “How can I help you?” with a terrible attitude, like asking me to leave. I explained her that I came for my 600pm appt, and she said OK. I further explain that I would like to switch to Verizon, and during this two minutes conversation, she did even flick once,let alone standing up showing some sort of respect to your customers. She said “ whats the code sir?” I said that I don’t have a code, and I don’t know what the code was, all I told her that I know is that I got a call from Verizon, telling me that they can give me a better deal, and that was the reason for my appt. She said “ OK, our lines start from $25” - and I asked her if she reviewed my appt before my arrival, the answer was no. She’s still sitting at this point. I explained her that I’ll be switching from ATT and I need the fastest line that they have, the answer was “$25 is pretty fast”. I stopped talking , and left the place telling her that she’s very rude and just full of attitude. I never leave review for these kind of experiences, but these type of people should not be employeed at all in my opinion. I’ll make sure to call Verizon tomorrow to file a complaint as well. She could be the rudest service employee that I literally saw in my entire life.
