When we arrive at FAH it feels like home … our 12 yr old Border Collie and 18 yr old Ragdoll cat are often met with hugs, belly rubs and a quick wrestle on the floor … who could ask for more?!? And that’s before we get into the examining room w Dr. Aziz or Dr. Barrow! I wish I could list all of the vet techs by name but Michelle and Jailene feel like family and my pets and all of us are so happy when they are on during our visit. The front desk too … patient and kind quick to smile and make all their patients two legged and four legged feel welcomed. If only our pets could live forever but that’s not the way it goes … in the meantime Lacey, Tate and all of the Nelson’s are so happy to be up the block from Foster. A welcomed small town feel that makes us feel safe and cared for. Thank you all!

Dr. Aziz is the best! My dogs bark when they are nervous and they're quiet and calm with Dr. Aziz.

I've been a customer of Foster Animal Hospital for several years now - primarily with my cat (now 11 years old) and more recently adding my adopted two year old husky and 1 year old pomsky to the patient roster. The care we have received over the years has been fantastic. My pets mean the world to me and I am probably on the more extreme end of the spectrum in terms of prioritizing their wellness. I find the staff at this clinic - administrative and clinical alike - to be friendly, patient, attentive and kind consistently. My cat has a couple of chronic conditions that include 'flares' requiring assessment and treatment to manage pain/discomfort/stress. Dr. Aziz has repeatedly availed himself; at times re-arranging his schedule to ensure she is assessed and treated timely. When my puppy was sick a couple of months back, Dr. Aziz texted me daily to check in - and forced her into his extremely busy schedule to ensure she was properly assessed and stable after two ED visits and worsening symptoms. When I arrived to the clinic, I saw that he had twenty patients on his schedule for the day. I can't imagine how exhausting that schedule is; and yet he made room for us; and carried his same, joyful and reassuring demeanor. I feel grateful to this clinic, and thankful to have a provider like Dr. Aziz accessible to my pets. I've noticed some comments regarding cost of services. As a pet owner for the vast majority of my life, I believe that pet ownership is amazing, and it requires tremendous discipline and financial planning to avoid "crisis outbreaks" every time a pet is sick or injured. I have carried a pet insurance policy for the entirety of my cat's life and added both dogs soon after adoption. I'm lucky to have found a fantastic plan that provides significant financial relief for illnesses and emergencies. Even without that, I've had multiple experiences where the clinic staff are extremely clear in quoting services and even conservative in their treatment planning approach in favor of "less is more". I don't experience any sense of being up-sold or pressured in my visits; unlike the ED which did have that kind of pressure to it. I have only found my experiences at foster to prioritize my pet's wellness through compassionate and accessible support. To that end - Thank you to all of the staff at Foster; your work is so valued, and we are grateful to you for your service to our pets.
