    I stopped by this Verizon and Amy helped me, she was great! Very knowledgeable and patient. She helped me fix an issue and got me in and out in about 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

    I had an excellent experience with Juan from Verizon. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain all of my options so I felt confident in my decisions. Juan made the entire upgrade process extremely easy and stress-free, and he sat with me through the entire process from start to finish. He was very detailed and thorough, going over every line item and charge so there were no surprises at all. I truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and professionalism. His manager, Mike, also stopped by to check in and make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for help at Verizon you’ll be in great hands.

    The worst place to go! I was there yesterday afternoon to dropped off some equipment , they gave me the excuse of the system is down . Today 1/9/2026 I stopped by to dropped off the equipment and they tell me that the manager is not in yet, and that is the only person that could do it , because needs to log in the system. What a disappointment as a company and service that is a shame. I am very frustrated with this , making me waste my time. I know I could go to other Verizon to dropped off the equipment but I was informed that the location was the closest. Now I need to find out another Verizon to return the equipment , because not every Verizon you could do it.

    I showed up at 4:30PM and checked in to their kiosk. I proceeded to wait till 4:55PM and stepped out of the store to walk around a bit. I returned at 5pm and was not allowed to re-enter the store and was told if I had stayed inside the store I could have been allowed to stay inside the store and waited for my appointment but because I left I wasn't allowed back in. I understand following corporate policy but this felt a bit over the top.

    I got my daughter a brand new 17 Pro Max for Christmas at Clifton Verizon Store in RT 3. I scheduled an appt and came back to drop off the old phone and get assistance with data transfer and Esin transfer to get the phone to actually work. The guy told me they won’t help unless I pay $30. I said I can do it just myself I just need a little help after multiple failed tries. just let me know what i’m doing wrong to get started: He rudely said nope $30. The same store i just bought a $1,400 phone at and the guy was rude refusing to help unless I paid $30..awful customer service .Imagine buying a brand new car and asking the dealership for help with the new navigaton and they refuse unless you pay more ..AWFUL customer support ..I will NEVER visit this store again and my new phone I was going to get here along with the the META glasses for my wife i’ll get elsewhere.. Update : I called VZ customer support for help..The rep on the phone was very nice and attempted multiple times to get tech support involved because there was a deeper issue. After multiple tries to get a tech person she came back sheepishly and very apologetically said i was instructed to tell you “we won’t help you” and “just keep trying until you figure it out”. shocked was an understatement. So I went to the Apple Store with no appt and although they were extremely busy they asssited me. They initially had issues and had to get one of their engineers involved. After 60 minutes they were successful. They told me many verizon customers have come in with similar stories and in the future to buy the new phone directly from apple as they can assist regardless of carrier. Last time i ever visit a verizon retail store. Final Update: This time I called verizon and was able to get a texh person. I spent another 45 min on the phone bit they were anle to resolve the issue. Tech said said stores are only comcerned with sales ans theyve been getting numerous complaints lately and to stick with verizon website in the future. Moral of the story never go to VZ store
