I dont know why this person was talking to me at all as another representative was already assisting with my equipment return. Very condescending sales person. Huge turn off. I will not be returning ever.

Stop by this store during peak hours of the day (2pm-4pm) door was initially locked then after I was let in by the employee he did not greet me what’s so ever, the first things out of his mouth were “what do you need” this is the most terrible customer service I’ve ever endured but through out the whole transaction he seemed like he didn’t wanna be there at all to top it all off the other employee was at the other desk playing super loud tiktoks or something from his phone, and honestly the list get worse from there but such a shame on upper management for hiring people as such, these guys are a reflection of your work ethic and this was disgraceful. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AND WIRELESS ZONE, IF I ALSO COULD GIVE A LOWER RATING I WOULD!! after all of that I actually ended up leaving the store and took my service to THE STORE IN CEDAR GROVE and they were fantastic and will leave them a great rating!!!
