The remaining associate made no introduction or greeting. His hood was pulled over his head, with his face mostly buried inside the hoodie, and he only made brief side eye contact. We assumed he worked there since he was behind the desk. We were previously by customer service that a trade in could be completed either in store or by mail, but the associate stated that this was not possible. Throughout the interaction, he remained seated sideways, made minimal eye contact, and was dismissive. The experience was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. This visit took place on 12/21 around 3:00 PM. Why bother coming into work if this is the level of service being provided?

I purchased the iphone 17 Max Pro Emil explained everything in detail so i wouldn't have any surprises in my bill and gave me all discounts that i was qualified for and even lowered my phone bill. I was extremely happy with the staff at this location and i will recommend my friends and family to come to this location.Thank you again Emil and Alex for all you help it's greatly appreciated and i'm very happy with my new phone and ipad
