    I tranferred my numbers from AT&T to Verizon at this branch. Everything they did when transferring backfired. I was promised discounts, did not happen. Verizon charged them back because they were not qualified discount. I went back 3-4 times to the store, I was told that the issue was resolved, called Verizon, I learned it was not the case. Numbers were not transferred corretly.

    The staff members at the store were polite, but they failed to disclose some important information. Since this is an authorized retailer, they charge a $50 setup fee, which can be avoided by visiting a corporate Verizon store. Additionally, despite my repeated requests to decline it, they added insurance to the device. They also advised that the phone would be free monthly with the promotion of a new line; however, it was not, and I ended up being charged $5 a month once I received my bill.
