    I recently decided I needed to upgrade my phone, which was definitely old and not working properly anymore. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, who was so patient and helpful. He reviewed my current plan and showed me a detailed breakdown of what plan and phone he recommended I upgrade to. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I did have to go back to pick up my device which had to be ordered and he was very communicative with me about when I could go in, and very accommodating to the time I could make it. I would definitely recommend using this Verizon and especially see Kevin if you can, he really made what’s normally a hassle into a very easy experience!

    I went Verizon Victra Store in Clark, NJ in march to create an account for a family plan. Kevin who helped me was walked me the process and i wanted a budget friendly plan with the maximum data usage. we are happy with our cell phone service.. 7 months later i decided i wanted an apple series 11 watch and i contacted Kevin and he was able to help. His customer service skills are exceptional , communicates well and gives me the break down what my plan will be with watch. Kudos!!! Kevin Verizon is lucky to have you.

    STEER CLEAR. I went here for a simple SIM card issue without authorizing anything else on my plan to be changed or added. After I left all of these add ons and services were added to my plan without my consent. Total scam.

    My Verizon Fios wifi was down for 6 days. After several frustrating days dealing with “Customer service” with no resolution to the problem, I went to Verizon in the Clark Commons center. I had previously been told I could return some Verizon items to this location, so I visited the store on Monday morning so I went to this store hoping they could help. Unfortunately, the young lady I spoke to quickly told me they couldn’t help, I had to go to the location on St. George’s Ave in Woodbridge since they are an “official “ location. I asked if Verizon still had a location in Avenel, but she quickly said “I TOLD YOU where you need to go”. Since my anger level was already too high, I left the store and drove to Woodbridge. As I composed myself enough to tell the employee Rob that I was sent from Clark, he told me that this location was similar to Clark, not an official Verizon location. However, instead of sending me away, he offered to help and made a call for me. This led to me speaking to a live person at Verizon who was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it took 2 more days for Verizon to fix the problem. The workers who worked all day to fix the problem, couldn’t have been nicer. I have been a Verizon customer for 21 years and never expected to deal with the issues I dealt with. Thank you to Rob from Woodbridge and the guys working in the rain, you were great. I will never return to Verizon in Clark Commons due to their attitude.
