He appeared impaired during the interaction and smelled of marijuana, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. This is not the standard Verizon should tolerate.

Fernando was very helpful in choosing the right plan for me since my current plan was a bit dated. I could see from looking around the store that the entire staff was helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, who was so patient and helpful. He reviewed my current plan and showed me a detailed breakdown of what plan and phone he recommended I upgrade to. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I did have to go back to pick up my device which had to be ordered and he was very communicative with me about when I could go in, and very accommodating to the time I could make it. I would definitely recommend using this Verizon and especially see Kevin if you can, he really made what’s normally a hassle into a very easy experience!
