  I visited this store to upgrade my phone after customer service told me to come in and complete the transaction in person. I arrived around 8:30 PM, knowing the store closes at 9 PM. When I walked in, the staff were already vacuuming and shutting down. The associate told me they couldn’t help because it would take about 15 minutes to open the safe and they were closing soon. That was frustrating. If a store is open until 9 PM, customers should still be able to make purchases or complete upgrades up until closing time. I understand closing duties, but turning away a customer 30 minutes before closing—after customer service told me to come in—doesn’t make sense and reflects poorly on the business. I wasted time driving there and left without the help I was told I would receive. I hope the store improves communication between customer service and retail staff and honors posted business hours going forward.

  I went to the clark nj store and they are awesome. Christian took care of me and he was excellent

  I needed a new phone and Liz was very helpful. She had me in and out quickly and I was able to get everything I need.

  Last month, I upgraded a couple of my phone lines during a promotion. Recently, I received a very upsetting bill due to errors made on Verizon’s end, which caused me significant stress over the past two days. I was unable to resolve the issue on my own so I reached out to Calvin which is the associate who originally assisted me with my purchase. Calvin was absolutely wonderful. He made sure everything was taken care of correctly and relieved so much of my stress. He handled the situation professionally, efficiently, and with great care. Calvin is truly a great asset and I am very grateful for his help!!

  Приехал в этот офис, когда у всех абонентов рухнула связь. Я думал, что только у меня, но оказалось 1 500 000 лишились связи. Работники этого офиса объяснили , что случилась авария и это недоразумение будет примерно часов 5 ремонтироваться Но самое интересное, что я в этот день не смог выполнить свою работу, которая заключается в доставке медикаментов , лекарств первой необходимости населению NJ и я вернулся на склад с 50 пакетами (утром я забрал 100 пакетов) и незаработал 200$, а VERIZON написал, что добавит за этот день 20$.
