- IPIvan PrkicDec 27, 20251.0I have switched to Verizon about 3 years ago and got five lines for my business as a business plan I was paying about $140 a month and about 5 months ago my bill went up to just about $300 no notice no nothing and I didn't know this because I had the automatic pay so it would just come out of my account and that's that I stopped at the Verizon in Cinnaminson New Jersey went inside that's after I called Verizon phone and they advised me to go there once I got there the gentleman inside told me there's nothing he can do about my bill being so high and I would have to go to corporate place he said he couldn't do it anything for me and he doesn't know what to tell me maybe switch carriers like what kind of customer service is that switch carriers after I've been with them for a few years wow. Personally I would not and will not do business Verizon no longer and will look for a different carrier definitely do not go to Cinnaminson Verizon store if you want any kind of help because they won't help you

The Apple Watch color I wanted to give my daughter for Christmas wasn’t available in the store, and without me even asking, she immediately offered to check another store and get it for me. Her kindness, initiative, and dedication truly made my day. Nikki was my Santa Claus this year! Thank you for such an amazing customer experience.
