He also let us know about perks that were available on our account that we weren’t utilizing. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone else to come here for any questions, help, etc. EDITED on 2/16/26: I got two unexpected charges on my monthly bill, because the store told me that Netflix and Hulu were included in existing bill cost. This was a lie, and I saw two additional charges on my bill for these streaming services. I ALSO paid for my upgrade fee in person, and was charged again on my monthly Verizon bill. Incredibly unsettling and frustrating that the store did this to try and squeeze more money out of the transaction. Would not recommend this store to anymore.
