    I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after a few recent visits to this Best Buy. Some of the negative reviews here really don’t reflect what I’ve experienced, especially thanks to one person, Cali. For context, I’ve been building computers since I was about 13. I have an associate degree in Web Development with a minor in Marketing, a bachelor’s in Computer Science, and I’m now pursuing a master’s concentration in Machine Learning, so tech is a huge part of my life. When I meet someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, I notice, and Cali absolutely does. The first time I met him was when I went in to buy a handheld for my birthday. He took the time to explain different options, compare specs, and make sure I picked something that really fit my needs. I ended up spending a bit more than I planned, but I walked out completely happy because I knew I made the right choice. And while some people might not like that kind of sales approach, this is how great sales should work. Cali didn’t pressure me. He simply gave me the right information to make an informed choice, and that’s what real customer service looks like. Since then, I’ve come back a couple more times for other purchases, and every time Cali has gone above and beyond. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers get the best experience, not just making a sale. He could easily even qualify for a manager!!! I’ve noticed a lot of people online blaming employees for bad experiences, but let’s be real. Some customers come in impatient, rude, and unprepared, expecting everything to revolve around them. That’s not how good service works. I always do my research, stay respectful, and ask questions, and because of that, I always leave with exactly what I need. Cali and the rest of the team have earned that respect. This store deserves at least 4.9 out of 5, if not 5 out of 5, and Cali is a big part of why. He’s the kind of employee every store should have: professional, genuine, and passionate about what he does. I’ll definitely keep coming back here!!!

    Good evening Google Family. I visited to purchase a microwave. There is plenty of parking here. A big shopping center the Best Buy is housed in. When I arrived, I asked the young lady employee where were the microwaves? She pointed and I went over to them. All of them were super expensive. I was looking for an inexpensive microwave. Their cheapest was $69.99. When I asked for the employee to look online for me, they were helping another customer. I decided to visit the rest room first. When I returned, the employee was still helping the customer. I decided to ask someone else. They looked online and the cheapest one was still the $69.99. I said thank you very much. I decided to leave since I wanted to explore cheaper options. Best buy is well organized and well stocked. I had a good experience but I was glad to leave in search of other options. Have a great night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!
