Had a great experience at this store! Walking in, it was busy but I was greeted right away. I had an appointment to get my glass fixed on my phone, and Jay asked if it was my screen protector or the actual glass. I didn’t realize I had a screen protector on there still, so he took that off and showed me that the glass was fine. Victor, another associate got me a new screen protector and we discussed cases, and Jay showed me how to get a case for my older phone. All the associates were helpful and friendly and the vibe was overall great in the store. I’ll definitely be returning to this location over other ones I’ve been to before!

I bought a 17 pro from them it was defective got it repaired when they repaired it, something else broke it hadn’t been 2 weeks and I had to drive an hour back and forth to get it repaired / looked at. I ask for a new phone to exchange it they do everything in there power to not do that. I had to threaten to just return the phone and buy another right then and there. Also had to get a manager from another store for them to take my complaints seriously. On top of that when i told one of the mangers I’m not comfortable with having 2 repairs in 2 weeks because you know down the line something is going to happen out of my control and out of warranty he said it’s a risk you have to take. Are they out of there minds in spending 1k on there phone and I’m taking a risk. I’ve had Samsung all my life I never had one repair ever in 15 years. They’re incompetent and or lazy I don’t know which is worse honestly. They didn’t deserve a once of respect I was giving them speaking to them for over an hour. I wish I remembered their names so I can report every one of them. They should be mopping floors not working at an Apple Store. Id say they should be flipping burgers but they’d probably mess that up too. Id recommend going to the Sagemore Apple Store they really helped me get these guys in check I truly appreciate them.

My wife went in to get her phone fixed. She has a broken camera. Okay fine, the Genius told her to enter her gmail pw, not her Apple ID pw, and then locked her phone for 60 minutes. I arrived from the bank and asked what happened. She told me what happened and I went to speak to a nice person that informed me that we had to wait because not knowing the pw it then allowed the phone 60 min to be placed in lost or stolen mode by the owner. The owner is my wife. She had the receipt for the phone, and it is registered to her. I will say it's fine that she perhaps misheard Apple ID and Gmail, but she was pretty adamant she was told Gmail and not Apple ID. The fact apple has zero override, even though I had the physical receipt proving the phone was in fact not stolen is absurd. Further the fact that you need to do anything to fix a camera and cannot run diagnostics without it is unreasonable. Then the genius said 'don't go to far it might reset' which the other person we talked to said was not true. Then I asked, okay after this hour, how long is the repair. ANOTHER 2 hours. What happened to just swapping phones. It was an iPhone 17 pro that is 3 months old. The fact that Apple has gone from in and out in 10 minutes to save money is an absolute joke considering what the devices cost. The fact that for the same price if I smashed it with a hammer we would have been out in 15 minutes is a completely backwards process. But from now on, if it's gonna be quicker to swap a destroyed phone for the same price, I will soak the phone in a bucket for a half hour before going in. Because that apparently is the only way to get in and out quickly anymore. Tell me how that makes sense. But this gets even better. I went to cancel the repair as we did not have 3 hours to wait, he said he would 'help' us transfer the repair to Philly. Then he had to call philly to make sure they had the part, then he comes out and says the only way to reserve the parts is to make an appt, but we could not 'just make an appointment' we would have to go to the store, to schedule the appointment for when we wanted it to 'reserve' the phone parts. So let me get this straight, you want me to go to the store 3 separate times to fix a camera??? AND wait 3 hours. Here is some FEEDBACK for you apple. Start swapping phones again for people, unless they dont have back up. I think I speak for everyone when I say this modular repair stuff is utter bullshit TL;DR make sure any iPhone is completely unusable and broken because its 99$ and you will be in and out in minutes...Minor repair, yeah that will be 3 hours. And I WOULD have just done apple express repayment, but the last time I did that Fed Ex stole the phone, and it took 7 months for me to get Apple to stop saying I owed them 1300$ even though I had a fed ex receipt showing I dropped it off. Apple has gone down hill in service, plain and simple.
