    My experience was terrible, the worst I’ve ever had. I went with my husband because we needed to change our mobile phone provider. The first time, we were helped by a very kind manager. Unfortunately, we had to go back two more times, and the man in charge was very unpleasant. He is a dark-skinned, large, quite heavyset man, very overbearing and with a very bad attitude toward customers. Not only toward us but toward everyone. He spoke loudly and aggressively for no reason. I hope I never have to go back again. Workers should understand that they are providing a service and that we customers are not asking them for a favor. If I could rate it lower, I definitely would.

    If I could give this store zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience here was terrible. I went in simply wanting to buy a SIM card to activate my phone, and the staff—a man and a woman, both quite burly—repeatedly pressured me, almost aggressively, to upgrade my device. When I firmly refused, they stepped aside to discuss it, and then the man came back and claimed that I didn’t have the authority to make changes to my own account, even though I am the account administrator. I called customer service on the spot, and they confirmed to him that I am the account manager, yet he still refused to help. It was obvious he was making things difficult simply because he couldn’t upsell me. The whole situation was ridiculous: if I had agreed to the upgrade, suddenly I would have had the “authority” to change my account? I genuinely cannot believe this is a Verizon corporate store. After nearly 20 years with this company, encountering service like this is incredibly disappointing. If Verizon continues hiring people who treat customers this way, they are going to lose many loyal customers. In the end, I called customer service myself, and they quickly helped me resolve the issue, and I did not need a new SIM card.

    HORRIBLE LIARS!!! These people will promise you one thing once you get your bill it’s completely different. Called Verizon Customer service the employees here added 2 “dummy” lines onto my account instead of upgrading the phones & returning them to Verizon. Just so they can make their commission on activation lines. Manager even came by to help saying this was the only way to upgrade the phones. Made a complaint with Verizon Customer service. Worst part is this store is a corporate store not a third party store. Will never go back to this store. Go elsewhere

    I recently purchased a new IPhone, and my sales representative, Ismael made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the different models and plans. Ismael took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I left with the perfect phone for my needs. He also went the extra mile to set everything up and ensure I was comfortable using my new device before leaving the store. His friendly attitude and genuine care for the customer experience really stood out. If you’re buying a phone, ask for Ismael, he truly delivers top notch service!

    Deeply impressed with Leilani. She was absolutely professional, attentive, engaged and a great listener. Nothing was rushed and she gave her full attention. Her fluidity with the Verizon systems themselves were quite impressive as well. Thank you, Leilani, for turning my bad day into the most beautiful one. A shout out, too, to manager Anthony, for his professional involvement as well. Great teamwork. I highly recommend the Bridgewater Verizon store.
