    I need to stop at a store to get my final invoice for my cell phone due to switching to aAT&T for mobile only - when I went in they couldn’t find my account since technically I am not a mobile user. They first ask me for my SS number - they find my account. Now they ask for a license - I had to go back to my car and obtain my license - mind u I just need a pro to out of my last bill. The HUGE manager got initially involved which was words back & forth - giving me the policy on giving them a license - upon handing them my license - the rep didn’t even look at the info - merely handed it back as was jut pulling my hand from giving it to him. I then tell him I didn’t think this whom process was right - maybe asking for my license first makes more sense - but if I gave u my SS number and u found the account….. as I’m discussing this w the rep - the manager steps in as if he were part of the conversation- when i reminded him I didn’t want to have words with him - he threw me out of the store - telling me to leave and leave right now - I asked for my bill again and he said they were no longer helping me for anything that I needed to leave. As a reminder Verizon - I still have home & business internet services - so I am still a customer - very upsetting - very disrespectful

    Store Reps Please Read Today there was an outage, the reps at this location are telling people that Verizon AT&T & Tmobile are affected. That is not the case. As of 2:14pm both AT&T and Tmobile have reported no outages. Anyone who has Verizon will be unreachable until the issue is resolved. Stop giving people inaccurate information about an outage saying it's affecting all carriers where it's only Verizon

    Our order was cancelled due to a delivery address change issue. We worked with a Verizon store associate to reprocess the same order. He contacted customer service and spoke with both a FedEx representative and Verizon to resolve the issue. He then placed the order . Ishmail was friendly, amazing, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to fix our order issue. Excellent customer service!
