After an extremely frustrating experience with my insurance company and a replacement device that could not be activated for five days, I was beyond overwhelmed. I had been on the phone more than 10 times (not an exaggeration) and spent over two hours on calls, with no one able to help or take ownership of the issue. I went into the store already having been promised solutions elsewhere that never happened, so I was honestly skeptical. William, however, assured me he would resolve the issue before I left the store — and he absolutely delivered. He went above and beyond, even getting on the phone himself and advocating for me as a business account customer. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also made sure I left with an even better service and a better device than I originally had. He truly fought for my rights as a customer and refused to settle for anything less than the best outcome. Because of William, what had been a terrible and exhausting experience turned into a genuinely positive one. I am incredibly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and dedication. He is a huge asset to the Bridgewater Mall team and deserves serious recognition.
