While we were transferring our accounts ourselves, my wife ran into an issue with her SIM activation. The store was extremely busy, but one of the associates still took the time to help her, balancing multiple customers while giving her genuine, patient, and respectful service. He never made us feel rushed and handled the issue quickly and professionally. We walked out of the store talking about how refreshing it is to meet someone who clearly cares about what they do and gives that true one-on-one care experience that’s so rare these days. Verizon is lucky to have employees like him. Our only complaint? We wish they had a coffee bar so we could enjoy a latte while waiting for the phone transfers and replacements, kidding… but also not kidding! 😄
