I tell the apple rep I will go get the pin from AT&T, I come back my rep is no where to be found. I get another rep that is multitasking a customer with me, I tell her the situation. I explain that I have the PIN code. She tells me they are sold out of that phone. I tell her it was available 5 minutes ago! She asked if the apple rep reserved it….unbelievable! How would I know to ask that. The question is why didn’t the apple rep hold it while I get the PIN code. Terrible!!!
