Worst Apple Store in the area. There’s this short girl that works there with glasses idk might be middle eastern or Spanish idk. But she’s so rude. I ask questions. And she’s like I have to make an appointment to get my device checked. Then I saw there was an opening when I asked someone else then they checked my device lol. Then it took them 10 days to get my laptop fixed still haven’t got it back. While the screen is stock. It was scheduled for repair today but delayed it the worst experience ever. I don’t want to ever go back here

awful service. i went in to get my ipad replaced with my apple care + and they refused to accept it. they claimed i didn’t have apple care, even though it was listed in my settings. i wasted an hour of my time for them to completely up charge me and not give me the correct replacement price. i left completely dissatisfied and had to complete the process on my own with apple directly. they processed my request l. awful service, id recommend staples or best buy for any repairs, not the store i bought it from. very disappoing. i’ve been going there for years without any issues.

My phone intermittently fails to charge, so I brought it to this location for evaluation. The Genius Bar ran a diagnostic on my phone and found no issues. They suggested the problem might be with my charging cable and advised me that, since I have AppleCare, I could bring the cable to an Apple Store to receive a replacement free of charge.
Based on this guidance, I made an appointment at the Bridgewater location the following day and brought my cable with me. However, I was then told that even if the cable failed their diagnostic test, it could not be replaced because it is not covered under AppleCare.
I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and gas due to the inconsistent information provided by different Apple staff members. This experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer and more accurate communication.

Cash was one of the most professional employees in the store and the only person who consistently demonstrated true customer service. Although he was not my assigned technician, he checked on me several times after noticing I had been sitting for an extended period without assistance. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to others on the floor, including supervisors, who appeared more focused on personal conversations than attending to customers.
I arrived at the store at 12:40 PM and was initially seen by Krissy at approximately 1:08 PM. Later, Stan returned and repeated much of the same information and steps that had already been covered. I was told my phone would be ready between 2:15/ 2:30 the latest yet at 2:18 PM I was asked why I was still there—even though I had remained seated in the same spot since meeting with my technician at 1:08.
Throughout the visit, Krissy appeared disengaged and passive-aggressive. While the store was busy, she left customers unattended multiple times to engage in personal conversations with a coworker (a man wearing dark sunglasses who later went into the back of the store and appeared to be discussing a job application).
Michael and the other employees were busy discussing weekend plans and “stomach troubles” while myself and an older gentleman who arrived before me was treated dismissively and spoken to in a condescending manner. Staff left him unattended for long periods and ultimately told him he could leave. Witnessing this was upsetting and reflected a broader lack of professionalism.
At no point did anyone discuss new products, features, or upgrades while I waited. I intentionally chose to stay, yet was ignored, heard unprofessional comments, and received unpleasant looks. Customer service should not be influenced by assumptions about the customer.
I would have given one star, but Cash was the store’s saving grace and the only reason this experience deserves any positive acknowledgment. For reference there were two supervisor present on the floor, knew I was waiting and then comes and say “oh we were late with your phone…sorry”
