  I normally never write reviews, especially negative ones, but the customer service experience at this store is horrible. I was picking up an order for my friend and my name is on the pickup order to pick it up. They turn me away because I didn't have the QR code but I had the order number and I had my photo ID with me but they wouldn't even get past the QR code. they refuse to help me without the QR code. But I also know they can look up the order number. They still refuse to help. I've worked in customer service in the past and I've at least tried to help other people. The workers at this store are set in their ways of doing it only one way.

  Very disappointed with the customer service at the store. We went in to buy a new phone, asked for help and then we were directed to one associate who was already busy with an customer. We told this associate exactly what we wanted. We were told that he ordered it and is going to come out in few minutes. We waited for 15 minutes. All this while, were were not even updated on why it was taking so long. Then suddenly three associates turned up all wanting to know why we are hanging around. We explained yet again and reminded them that our product was ordered and should be coming out any minute. So now 20 minutes have elapsed since we walked it and since we were assigned an associate. After explaining the new set of associates, they figured out that the order that the first associate placed got cancelled and he needs to order it again. So after 25 minutes, I am explaining again what exactly we are looking for. It was ordered and thankfully it came in next two minutes and we paid for it in less than a minute. So overall, for something that should have taken only like less than 3 minutes we spend 25 minutes just waiting. I guess hoping that "genius" associates have some training for basic customer service is asking for too much.

  This store is worse than the MVC. If you’re a walk in, be ready to wait 30+ min for any employee to acknowledge you. If you have an appointment then be ready to wait an hour before anyone updates you. Worst service I’ve ever had in an Apple store time after time

  Worst Apple Store in the area. There’s this short girl that works there with glasses idk might be middle eastern or Spanish idk. But she’s so rude. I ask questions. And she’s like I have to make an appointment to get my device checked. Then I saw there was an opening when I asked someone else then they checked my device lol. Then it took them 10 days to get my laptop fixed still haven’t got it back. While the screen is stock. It was scheduled for repair today but delayed it the worst experience ever. I don’t want to ever go back here
