  Horrible customer service and price gouging. I looked on best buy website for an item and it was in stock 79.99. When I went to the store, picked the same item it is 99.99. Absolutely ridiculous. Talked to the manager says there is nothing he can do. Will no longer shop at Best Buy

  I’m writing regarding a return experience at your [Best Buy location] about 10 days after I purchased my AirPods. When I returned them, a supervisor accused me of being dishonest, implying I was a thief or bringing incorrect items. I was sent to Apple for verification. Apple confirmed everything was correct, and I returned with their documentation. Eventually, the return was processed, but no one apologized for the disrespect and the hours I spent. I believe a supervisor should exemplify respect and fairness. I hope you can address this internally so no other customer faces such treatment. Idon’t believe this individual demonstrated the professionalism expected of a supervisor. I hope management can assess whether this person is truly suited for that role, as supervision should mean fostering trust and fairness.” That keeps it direct and constructive.

  This might quite possibly be the most useless establishment in the history of mankind. I have entered this location three times in the last month and a half for simple electronic items. Zero times have they had the item in stock or was anybody helpful to me in my experience. Being told I could order it online is not helpful. Now wonder, brick and mortar is dying. Close the doors and knock it down.

  I went yesterday to buy my son a brand-new phone, cash. Was looking for a good phone for him. We walked into the cell phone department and saw three employees. One was on the floor helping someone, one was at the desk helping someone, and one was laid back in his chair on his phone. We went to the back of the store to see if someone I know was there, then returned again to the cell phone department to the same scenario. I made a point of saying loudly by the meatball on his phne that there was no one offering us any help. He just spun around in his chair and acted like we weren't there. So we left the store and went elsewhere. Paid over $1,350 for a new phone, cash. Hope he enjoyed playing on his phone.
