  Walked into this store to get some info on the new Studio Display. I asked someone standing close by for assistance. He said he would send over a product specialist. My first question was which of the 2 Studio Displays was the XDR model which she had no idea, then I said inquisitively are they 27 inches displays and she said no the new Studio Display was 24 inches I questioned that and she called someone who also said that they were 24 inches . At that point I realized I could no ask any real technical questions. It was clear that the caliber of Apple employees in this store have changed. Will try another location.

  I have a business account and I am Very disappointed in the services inside the Apple Store. The Apple representatives to busy trying to make sales. They didn’t help me with my problems I went there with. They told me to call apple customer care. The people on the phone for Apple did a better job than the people who actually in the store. If u need help I would say call Apple if u go into Apple Store it’s just a waste of time. And they give you better service a discounts on the phone. I’m very disappointed in the in store Apple representatives. I will never go into an Apple Store again. My business will never do business with Apple retail store again . I’m only going online or calling in to the company from now on. A+ service on the phone. It beats getting disrespected and ignored by the in house Apple Store representatives. Help keep sals out of the store. Make more phone calls to Apple or go online to purchase and items you need. You will be much more satisfied with the service of the call and online.

  I normally never write reviews, especially negative ones, but the customer service experience at this store is horrible. I was picking up an order for my friend and my name is on the pickup order to pick it up. They turn me away because I didn't have the QR code but I had the order number and I had my photo ID with me but they wouldn't even get past the QR code. they refuse to help me without the QR code. But I also know they can look up the order number. They still refuse to help. I've worked in customer service in the past and I've at least tried to help other people. The workers at this store are set in their ways of doing it only one way.
