I have to acknowledge a special Verizon rep named Jared! This guy saw my wife and I walk in and immediately offered assistance ! Jared was with us from beginning to end on our upgrade purchase ! He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! Many of the staff there are amazing but Jared was who we dealt with ! Verizon needs to offer this guy a promotion . He deserves high accolades for how well he promotes and represents Verizon. Jared this is your Air Force comrade whose son is a LPD officer! Thank you again for all you did for us! God bless you and your future !

Horrible customer service. We purchased our phones online to be picked up in the store. We were told the agent in the store would transfer our phones for us. However when we picked up our phones the person who gave us our order was arrogant and told us we had to pay to have phones transferred. We took the phones home and got help from customer support. We were not supposed to have to pay.
