To be honest, this place deserves zero stars. The energy and vibes was off as soon as I walked in. The sales associate wasn’t even knowledgeable about my options regarding an upgrade. The rest of the team members looked miserable and just off. There was no “welcome to Verizon, how can I help you.” None of that. I also felt like you didn’t even want me to upgrade like it was more pushing me towards not upgrading, which was weird. That whole staff needs to get retrained on customer service and maximizing sales. Never going back.

If I could give less then 1 ⭐️ I would!!! Worst interaction I have had with a phone provide. They had a problem for every solution. Let’s start with my phone hasn’t been right since I got the iPhone 16. I take blame for that I should have went back sooner. My fault but I go now to figure it out.
My phone service goes in an out for no reason. The phone has a repeat when you hang up it repeats what the person hung up said 7 times. It won’t text unless I’m on WiFi they were going to get me a replacement since I pay for the protection plan every month. Nope I have to first go to apple which is 40 miles away from me and no available appointment since it’s the holiday season. I work from my phone all day email, text, video chats. Then I say ok I’ll upgrade early I pay for the option monthly also. First thing the kid said oooo you don’t want to do that you have to pay this fee that fee and tax and a bunch of other stuff.( I was a little baffled don’t they make commission)
So I was like I just need a phone that works what ever we need to do. After a few other issues why he couldn’t do it. I just said forget it and walked out AT&T I guess I’m coming back. Very unprofessional the kid didn’t know how to talk or solve problems and that’s why he is there. I’m not one to complain or give a hard time but when I have a problem help me figure it out. That never happened. So now I’m stuck with a phone that don’t work properly till next year I guess. Happy holidays!!

Had a horrific experience at this location today. Jordan was condescending and demeaning when I told him I’d never traded in a phone and was hesitant to trade one in. He kept making comments about how stupid it would be for me not to accept their $1100 for a free phone. I got fed up after being repeatedly insulted and decided to leave. I’m grateful I did. I ended up over on Brick Blvd at the Brick Verizon store (not corporate) and had a wonderful experience with Paul. Majority of the positive reviews for this store are for Paul who is the manager of the store on Brick Blvd…NOT THIS ONE!! Make sure you go there…not Route 70!!! It’s a shame that those answering these 5 star reviews for Paul aren’t acknowledging he doesn’t work at their location.

Had the pleasure of meeting the store manager David, I just converted from AT&T to Verizon and saved a substantial amount bill wise monthly with all new phones! Very trustworthy Verizon and great customer service coming from the staff and manager. They truly care about the customer relationship and have proved it to me!

It makes total sense why this place has so many bad reviews the employees are pathetic. As a long time Verizon customer, I walked in with a simple question that did not require making an appointment and I was completely ignored while several employees stood around chatting.
