During today’s visit, I interacted with an employee named Edison, who was rude, inattentive, and unwilling to assist. Instead of helping me with my concerns, he was slouched over the desk, distracted on his phone, and made no effort to engage or provide even basic customer service. It’s extremely disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism, especially when seeking assistance from a service provider I expect better from. If employees are not willing to support customers, it raises the question: Why are they there at all? I strongly urge Verizon to reevaluate its staff training and customer service standards at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the help they need without feeling like an inconvenience.

Of course, OEM unlocking is a simple process they have to do with the physical phone in store so anyone who works in development is out of luck with a verizon phone, since they don't train their employees on basics of phone software.
