- PPpd007fdJan 3, 20265.0I worked with Andrew. We were experiencing a ton of technical difficulties switching to a new smart watch and phone. Andrew worked through these issues for over 3 hours and got my new equipment up and running. I then came back today to get help in transferring all of my data from my old phone to the new. He was aces in helping on day 2. In short, Andrew was awesome!!!! He gets 5 ⭐️ from me!!!!!

I am adding to my review that I had to return today and Griffin helped me for about 2 hours try to sort some of the billing out that got scrambled. He was so great. He had at one point 4 different customers he was helping. He can multitask with the best of them. He never once looked overwhelmed just stayed very pleasant the whole time.

He was patient with my lack of tech savvy, kind and incredibly tenacious in his efforts to resolve any and all phone and related issues that we had. Andrew truly went over and above my highest expectations in assisting us. I live about 30 about minutes from this Verizon location but it is worth the time and effort to go there when you get first-class help like this. Thank you Andrew and Verizon!

Every time I’ve visited, there has only been one employee working, which is unfortunate given the number of customers they seem to serve. The employees are always pleasant and polite, but it’s obvious they’re overwhelmed being left alone. Today was the third time in two weeks I’ve tried to come to this location to return a phone. Unfortunately, the hours of operation were not updated on any social platforms due to bad weather, leaving multiple customers standing outside for quite some time hoping someone would arrive to help. Some of these were the same customers I’ve seen during my previous visits and shared the same feedback. The lack of staffing and communication has made what should be a simple return process very frustrating. I am not one to normally post a google review however needed to say something at this point. Do better owners!
