I went in today to return a WiFi box and no one even said “hello” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” tbt just looked at me and continued as if I wasn’t there. I gave it five minutes before I left and went to the Verizon store at Newport mall. No matter how busy they are someone will always greet you and address your concern upon entry. Save your time and go to the Jersey city or short hills location it’ll be worth the drive.
