Anyone with issues contact her she will solve it I swear by that. She deserves a bonous after dealing with me for a month lol. If not available Lord would be next after that I say your in trouble of you need help .I have to say cricket customer service on the phone is so useless horrible will never deal with them again.. Now cricket service as phone company is perfect outstanding..best serive ever never have dropped calls i love itttt.
