We cannot say enough good things about Jillian! Last month we met with here to purchase four new Iphone 17's -- we reached out to Jillian since she had helped us a few years ago. She immediately remembered us and helped us through the entire process - not an easy one since we had one phone being shipped to Washington (along with returning old phone) and another to southern NH, besides our two new phones. She was quick to find specific deals available to us - given our many years (we have been loyal customers for over 26 years) with Verizon Wireless. Her patience and knowledge with our questions was impeccable. With so many options in cellular sales - we stay with Verizon due to people like Jillian.

I have been sitting on this for a while on how I would word this review. However I think I have waited enough. Honestly I have had the worst experience ever with Verizon here and I have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years. Back in September I had purchased a IPad for my company and wanted to add it for cellular. I went in to add it and unfortunately the person at the store wasn't able to add it but reassured me I could from the app. Odd comment but sure let's go with it. Unfortunately it didn't work from the app but I certainly was charged double for the additional iPad that the tech member added as well as my attempt with no cellular service. I then returned in early October to dispute this and take the line off and not be double charged. Unfortunately with the billing cycle they said a credit would be added. I will get back to that as it wasn't but the technician didn't understand why I had two lines and the previous technician couldn't add it adequately. I really didn't care I simply wanted one functional line with one charge. The technician also mentioned that I could save money by adding a line with a old phone. I said I have one and sure let's do it. Big problem. I came back later that week and of course the same technician couldn't get the phone to add even with a sim card. Then the service at the site went out. This took the majority of 3 hours btw. So their goes my Saturday. The technician said she would try a E sim and come back later and we can try if it doesn't work on your end. Of course I came back in November after I setup a appointment and still waited 3 hours to get her to see me. Still credit wasn't applied previously and the phone wasn't working. So I asked her to take it off. She then asked am I sure and I am like really? What going to do with a phone I can't call on? Finally she put in the order and said check in to make sure the credit was applied. I came back On December and of course it wasn't.
Overall, I have really considered leaving Verizon all together after this experience. Now with the world wide wireless challenges I am at my wits end. I don't have time as a person or business to deal with this level of inaptitude. If you want to burn money, time, and patience go to this Verizon. If you want to save yourself some gray hair go to AT&T. I know I will
