Jillian is an absolute gem. She’s incredibly patient, deeply knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and taken care of. We actually followed her from the Somersworth location to Seabrook because she’s that good. Verizon is lucky to have her—she’s a huge asset to the team. Highly recommend seeking her out!

I had an amazing experience at the Seabrook Verizon store, after a terrible experience at the Epping store. My original order in Epping resulted in 5+hours in store, and we left with 2 working phones, and 2 phones that were still in box, but not working (boxes still sealed). The next day I went to the Seabrook store to see if they could help fix the mess. Jon M. was extremely patient, and professional. He spent a lot of time undoing, and fixing all the mistakes from the original order. That night the porting process did not go smoothly due to issues from the original order, and again the rep Paul at the Seabrook store helped me with the final resolutions to my order. Both of them were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were more than willing and capable of helping. Go to Seabrook, not Epping.

Our customer service was exemplary, thanks to Paul! His handling of our complex situation of switching 3 phones was flawless and timely. We have found that going to Seabrook, even though NEWBURYPORT VERIZON was closer, saved us time and money! Kudos also to Connor who helped us reduce our Verizon phone bill while also resulting in new iPhones! (without a slick sales pitch and erroneous, and ultimately costly, information - as with Newburyport Verizon salesman). It took us going to Seabrook VERIZON and working with Paul and Connor, to be very satisfied customers.
