    I was very disappointed in the quality of customer service I received at this location today. I waited in line for about 45 minutes, and while that isn’t the fault of the people working there, the treatment I received after the wait was. I went in to ask whether I could get helping finding a transfer pin code to switch providers, and the woman helping me seemed very confused by my problem and it took a while for me to sufficiently explain to her what was happening. After a couple of minutes poking around on my phone, and using an AI chat bot to try and solve the problem (which she also didn’t seem to understand), she dialed the customer service number on my phone and effectively said “I can’t help you, see if they can” and then called other people over to her station before I could get a word in. Overall I felt that there was very little effort taken to try and resolve my issue or to explain why it couldn’t be resolved, and I was disposed of as quickly as possible to get to the next people in line. If I wasn’t already planning to switch away from Verizon then I would certainly be considering it now, and I could not in good faith recommend this location or company.

    I very rarely write reviews, but the outstanding customer support I received from Jillian at the Seabrook Verizon store truly deserves recognition. After two previous visits that left me frustrated with my service plan, Jillian took the time to thoroughly review my account and carefully check every promotion to ensure they were correctly applied. In the end, the savings that were originally promised were finally realized. Beyond that, she went above and beyond by explaining how to use the promotions more efficiently and even helped organize my apps. In a tech world that is constantly changing, it’s people like Jillian who don’t just support a product—they provide education, clarity, and confidence. Anyone seeking knowledgeable, patient, and exceptional customer service should absolutely work with Jillian. Happy Holidays!
