- MWMelissa WittNov 6, 20251.0Always long lines every time I have gone. They push products so hard especially when you are only trying to get a new sim card for a phone I bought off Amazon. Well I ended up upgrading the rest of the family and got 4 new Google Pixel 9 phones. One of the phones I received was not new. The shipments of the phones came at separate times. They sold one of my phones to someone else so I had to wait longer for another one. Which was fine as I didn't need it right away. So I didn't think anything of it and didn't set it up. It just was in the box with the receipt. Now I'm making the switch to the new phone and released there was a pre used certified sticker on it so I brought it to the store and they said there is nothing to be done as it's past the 30 days. They checked the ime # and had not been used. Yet the screen has blemishes on it. Needless to say that I'm pissed and will never use this store again. Shady as you know what ...... 💩
