The reason for only 3 stars: I scheduled an appointment at a time that the person with the credentials needed to start my order was not there, so I was unable to get service. I live about an hour away, so the next day I wanted to call to make sure someone would be there to process my order. The listed phone number routs you to Best Buy’s main call center, and the operators have no information about the individual locations, and there is no way to contact the store. I put in a request for an urgent call that the operator said she would forward to the store, but they never got the message. It was wildly frustrating. I ended up driving there anyway and was helped by Jeremy, but not the best experience. I hope they can fix the issues with the phones because the staff there is very good and this led to a lot of unnecessary headaches.
