    Failed to have my pickup order ready, it’s been three hours not the hour promised on the website. Canceled my order will purchase after talking to a customer service rep who told me every pickup order is placed on a hold and no one knows when that hold will come off so they can never guarantee your item will be ready by the time guaranteed on the website. I told her that was fraud. She seemed shocked but admitted that is exactly what happened. Bye bye Best Buy target and Walmart who honor the times on their website will get my business from now on. Cancels my order, placed one for same item at target and it’s ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. I’ll never return to Best Buy, not worth patronizing a company who makes false promises intentionally.

    It's Best Buy. If you want to buy a phone, you've gotta wait in line Sales staff are good. Friendly and courteous. Maybe a little too good, since part of the job is to up sell every customer on install help, extended warranties, and Best Buy credit cards. That's why it takes so long to get out of there. Gripes aside, I was able to get a good unlocked phone at a good price.

    Best Buy always have great deal and lots of sales like this Month all smart TVs are on sale. This Best Buy has great people to help you get the right equipment for your home, I will recommend this place.

    Don't bother with the Best Buy credit card. I tried to use it three times- once online and twice in-store, to get the 10% off a Switch 2 and a couple games, but it never goes through, and the customer service line was unable to help at all. Best Buy really needs to look into what they offer their patrons. I was hoping to come back and use that 10% on a new standing desk, but alas... Next time I'll just get my games at Gamestop with the Pro membership. Now onto Wayfair for a standing desk!
