For a brand that prides itself on precision and premium service, this store falls far short. Basic order accuracy shouldn’t be this hard, especially at Apple prices. The lack of attention to detail and ownership makes the experience even more frustrating. I’ve lost confidence in this location. If you need your order done right the first time, I strongly recommend ordering online or going to a different Apple Store.
